They accepted i was shipped wrong ring and shipped the correct ring enigma which was perfect free of cost and also asked to keep the other ring. "I was really impressed with the customer service that Tungsten World provided. When I first placed my order I figured it would just come in the mail and everything would be good to go. I did not expect any interaction with any representatives or customer service specialists. Much to my surprise I was very impressed and happy to receive a phone call from a rep. who helped me make sure I ordered the right size (and also explained how to make sure the sizing was done correctly), ring, and that the engraving phrase and font were what I had wanted. He then gave me a tracking number, time frame and contact info in case anything went wrong.
Upon receiving the ring it was missing the engraving and so I was a little sad and contacted the rep. to help me get things sorted out. I was pleased that he took care of the mistake at the company's expense and got my ring back to me in a timely manner without any hesitation whatsoever. Tracking numbers and updates were always provided and I never had to wonder how I was going to have things taken care of.
