"I ordered on 11/8/17 and received a confirmation and nothing since. I have emailed numerous times and spent hours trying to find a phone number or mailing address. Today their website seems to be down. I am so disappointed. This was a big part of Christmas for my grandchildren. I will now contact American Express and see what else I can do to get my money back."

"Placed an order, November 16th, 2014. Received confirmation of order same day. I checked website to see if order shipped. Their website order status page does not work. Emailed support on the 20th of November, 2014 and have not received a response as of November 25, 2014. (they claim they will respond with-in 48 hours), it been 6 days no response.
I will need to get hold of my credit card company and dispute charge.
Their Forums page is nothing but spam ads.
