"Prices good and they had the bags I needed. Unfortunately, they sent me 19 not 20 bags. Fortunately they refunded me the price of the one bag. Unfortunately, I requested not a refund but for them to ship me the bag. Unfortunately, this is where the rubber meets the road in customer service and instead of getting a great rating from me, this is why they are less than stellar. Response time to my inquiries should have been faster. I know, a minor issue. But if they want business, cs in this market sb more important to them than it is. That they also don't partake in feedback via this rating service tells me they don't care much. "

"This is such a scam company, order a $10 part, waited 3 weeks, sent 3 emails and nothing. Then I posted on their FB site and got a response, please send us your order number, we have no orders in your name. Sent # and was told this is not one of our order numbers, sent them the conformation email and then it was a paypal fault. We did not get you order because of paypal. But then I got a paypal refund, tried to get back on their FB web site and all my post have been removed and all comments have been disabled. Also when they sent a order confirmation, it contained a link to "free shipping, $10 dollars back", it is a link to a well known internet scam, this appears to be a very bad company to deal with. They have many negative FB comments but they appear to be removing them. Buyer beware"

"Ordered a simple wheel for my eureka maxima. it cost ONE DOLLAR, but my vacuum is crippled and needs it. Went ahead and ordered a belt and filter too. 2 weeks LATER, my shipment arrived. NOT good considering it was 10 bucks shipping. Guess what, no wheel! Emailed cust support, they gave a sob story about how it's out of stock and will be in within a week. 3 weeks later and still no wheel. i have NO VACUUM because this place won't send me a ONE DOLLAR wheel. guess what... I HAVE TO GO buy a vacuum today! terrible, avoid at ALL COSTS. further emails to the company have been ignored."

"I have ordered with this company more than once, but never will again. As long as there is no problem with the order, customers are able to report good service. But if there is ever a problem with your order, WATCH OUT, because this company’s customer service is about as SORRY as they come. They have managed to keep a good rating with the Better Business Bureau (despite complaints that have been filed) because they obviously pay their dues to BBB and begrudgingly give in to rectify the customer’s problem, once they are forced to accept accountability through officially filed complaints. But WHY should it come to that??

Bottom line is the ONE time I had a problem with only ONE item that was already part of a collective order I had placed with them, it was a nightmare to deal with TotalVac.

They advertised a dust brush attachment that did not fit the brand or the size vacuum cleaner hose that it was advertised for. Because of this, I felt that I should not be held responsible for the return shipping costs. They issued an RMA, but after following up with them several times, they still would not address my inquiry on covering the return shipping cost. This was a situation that would have clearly cost more to ship the return than the worth of the item itself. However, since the error was with their website advertising, this should NOT have been the customer’s problem. After a number of unanswered e-mail communications, and only after reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, they finally said that they would credit me for the unsuitable attachment, but then they continued to message me, questioning my understanding of their website, a matter which I had already clarified and directly addressed with them several times. It was clear that they were not READING the messages that I was sending them. I could not make them understand that it was the information on their website that was in error, and it was very obvious that they were trying to find any way and every way they could to blame the customer. This was an item that cost $2.95 – and they have handled this problem about as arrogantly and deplorably as a company could. I will NEVER do business with this company ever again.

"Immediately after placing my order with TotalVac, I regretted it - I got an email from them telling me that my order qualified for a $10 cash back rebate and then gave me a link to freeshipping.com. Freeshipping.com is a well known scam where they deceive people into signing up for an overpriced, worthless service that is impossible to cancel.
The fact that TotalVac thinks so little of their customers that they would inflict this scam on them, tells me that the company is of questionable integrity.

"HORRIBLE experience!!! I ordered a product on 6/23/2011 from Totalvac.com and my Visa was charged not autorized, well its now the close of Tottalvac.coms business day on 7/7/11 and still no word on my order, I also paid for PRIORITY Mail. I called and left a message on the voicemail of the person who handles orders and never heard back from her so I just wrote a email to ****@**** address. This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever delt with in my life, and I order a ton of stuff via the net.
UPDATE: 7/11/11 I received an Email response from Total Vac stating "We attempted to deliver your item at 6:13 pm on June 30, 2011 and a notice was left." Before this I never receieved anything from Totalvac.com stating my order was shipped, a tracking number, NOTHING. Also I never found a notice from USPS, I had to go to USPS.COM and print out my Tracking nifo and go to the post office.
I only ever received an automated Email when I first ordered on their website then nothing till I contacted them. If I had a tracking number Emailed to me I could have tracked my package and had my order on 6/30/2011 vs 7/12/11. HORRIBLE Communication.
