"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM THESE PEOPLE! I ordered my product 6! months ago, I still DO NOT have it, they DO NOT REPLY to emails, messages, letters, and completely IGNORE YOU! I paid $150 for them to RIP ME OFF AND NOT GIVE ME A REFUND/PRODUCT/SUPPORT/ANYTHING.

If I do not get my product/refund I am sending a SOLICITORS LETTER.

As far as I can see they have RIPPED ME OFF!

I SENT AN EMAIL 10 HOURS AGO DEMANDING A RESPONCE AND NOTHING (YET AGAIN)!

Their last two emails stated the the DEVELOPER WAS OUT OF STOCK
Second email stated they LOST ALOT OF THEIR ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS!!! - Whoever would even admit/make-up something like that must the crazy!

PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH TOPDJGEAR! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT THIEVES!

"I ordered 2 items from this company.One being an armrest for my Technics 1200 and a Vestax power adapter.My first call which was made on the 17th (Monday) a business day.They have stated that my order is still processing.This is beside the fact they have already charged my credit card without a tracking number from UPS.My 2nd call to their customer service department (July 18 2006), I have found out that not only my order is still being processed,but the 2 items I purchased may be on backorder and they have stated, MAYBE at the end of the week they will ship my order.Their customer service seems to be hit or miss (you'll either get a cs rep that will either put your call back into the call queue or you'll get a rep that will at least try to find out what is going on.Stay away from this company, you have been warned."

"Returned the item more than a month ago in original package and still has not received refund. Customer service is not responsive. Finance manager was not professional at all in handling my call. Would never do business again with them. "
