"I had a problem with my DJ equipment and wasn't sure what I needed to solve it. Two friends - computer geeks, not DJ's- suggested a particular unit, plus I had another one in mind, and after a web search, found one of these products on the TopDJGear site.
I spoke with Josh at TopDJGear, who suggested my professional DJ needs would be better met by another unit, even though I was pretty much set on the unit recommended by friends. He sent me an email with links to his recommendations so I could compare. He gave me hard facts, patiently explaining why I should really consider the more professional solution to my problem, rather than what my friends recommended.
He was right. As a DJ himself, he knew that the consumer-oriented product I thought I wanted to get was not up to par for professional use. On top of that, he found it for me at a lower price than listed, and made sure it was sent out in time for the big gig I had two nights later.
I appreciated his professionaism and that he respected mine. I will definitely buy from TopDJ Gear again, and can recommend this site to others. If you have questions about what you need, I just hope you get Josh on the phone!

I placed my order on Sunday night and had it delivered to my door that same week! The products were well-packaged and double-boxed and secure.

What I'm writing here today should shed light on how the Management of TopDJGear, LLC is very concerned about they're customers and are willing to help out old and new customers in a speedy fashion. I was once skeptical about the company after I DID NOT receive all products of an order which was sent to me over 2 years ago (back in 2007).
I recently contacted TopDJGear.com about an order I placed 2 years ago and received an email from "Josh Johnson" whom reviewed my case. He was very helpful and polite and emailed me back within minutes of each of my emails. He worked hard to see why I was so upset with the company, and I posted negative feedback about them before, but had a change of heart when I was treated like a customer.
Josh investigated my claim, and told me that the management was very sorry for what had taken place and would like to compensate me for my loss that I had with the company for the value of which was not sent to me. I told him what I wanted, and it was sent to me within that 2 weeks of us emailing each other trying to sort my issues I had with the company.
All in all I can say that I am a VERY satisfied customer of TopDJGear LLC and its new management! I did not have all the information about the order I placed over 2 years about, but Josh was willing to help me and make sure that I was satisfied and in a timely manner.

"I ordered a pioneer dj package from topdjgear. At first I was a bit skeptical because the price was so cheap and then went on review sites to see if this company was for real.
I did read about a some problems the company had about three years ago but all the recent reviews Top DJ Gear had were really good so I decided to give them a shot. I knew that if there was any problem with the transaction, since I paid by credit card I could dispute it with my credit card company within 90 days of purchase and get my money back right away so I wasn't really worried.
I then went ahead and called the company and got a real live, friendly person on the phone. This gave me further confidence in ordering from Top DJ Gear. I went ahead and placed my order and called them back to follow up.
I ordered the product on a Wednesday and it arrived the following Tuesday. It arrived in great condition and with great packaging and all the appropriate paperwork and warranties.

"This is an excellent store. They have one of the most comprehensive dj specific sites I have ever seen. They also have more unique products than any of the other sites I have ever seen.
On top of that their prices are extremely low and they even offer their customers free shipping if the order is over $200
At first I was a bit hesitant because I ordered almost $5,000 in merchandise and saw a few negative reviews out there on the web but most of them were like two or three years old so I assumed that they have their act together by now.
Just to make sure I gave them a call and asked to speak to their manager. He informed me that in 2007 they had an issue when they upgraded their order management system which caused some orders to be lost which caused some confusion and those posts I was referring to.
He assured me there would not be a problem and gave me his direct extension.
Three days later the order arrived. What can i say? They really do offer the greatest service at the lowest prices and knowledgeable staff.

Alot of places ship merchandise without properly double boxing them and with very little peanuts and other shipping protection. Not these guys. The products arrived in pristine condition and worked great. I have nothing but praise for these guys..
