"Let the buyer beware. This is a terrible organization. They sell cheap products that comes poorly packaged. If you have a problem or item is damaged...good luck getting help. Even if they tell you or email that a replacement is on the way...it will never show up. They lie out of their teeth. protect yourself and do not buy from them. There is a reason they have such a poor reputation. This many customers cannot be wrong. "

"I received my tail lights. one fit the other did not too much of a gap, so I tried to return them for a refund minus 25% restocking charge. However, you need a return authorization number.
I have emailed them every day for a week no answer. Called customer service goes straight to voicemail and then says the mailbox is full. Can't get a return authorization. "

"I ordered mirrors for my truck and my first concern was they showed up in a box that had clearly been opened and retaped several times... and guess what? they did not work. Most likely a Return (more than once) that just kept getting reshipped to the next victim. They never answered their phone, so you are stuck with email and terrible response time. Finally, after them going silent for 2 weeks, I had to get PayPal involved to get my money back.
If you do order from TopGear Auto, you better, 1. Hope you get what you ordered and 2. you have no issues. "

"I returned some headlights and it’s been 10 weeks since they received them according to the fedex tracking number. I haven’t heard anything from them. On their website it says in 30 days they will send a credit and if it isn’t received it says to contact them and they will respond immediately. I’ve called, left messages because no one answers the phone, I’ve sent emails, I’ve tried the virtual contact, I’ve tried the ask a question. They have not answered or responded. They are literally the worst. I wish I read these other reviews before I ever purchased anything from them. "

"Poor product, I Purchased a cold air intake that said it would fit my 2010 370z. Durning insulation I found multiple problems. No mounting brackets that would probably fit my car. Causing the air intake to hang in the air making it vibrate I have called his company left a message and emailed him two times no response."

Then after all bad service they send two different running Boards. I will never order from them again or refer anyone to them. If you order make sure you check your order."

I’m honestly not sure why they get the hate mail...my mirrors came in quick and looked great, I hardwired them myself and they are absolutely amazing! I didn’t have to contact customer service so there may be problems there i don’t know. But as far as the product I got I was super impressed!!!"
