"I have placed 3 online orders with Toolfetch and none of them ever shipped. I received a notice on all three a WEEK later that I would not be receiving my item. I buy for resale and Toolfetch caused me all kinds of trouble. I went today to check stock and found a hammer 545-28-030. The sire says "ships in 48 hours". With my past experience I knew that I needed to check. The customer service rep that I waited on for 5 minutes finally told me that it would ship in 2 weeks. I cannot trust this company nor will I order from them again. No way all of these reviews are legit."

"on Aug 24/2011, I ordered a tool set includes three items. Two weeks later, got the package with just one item in it. I emails three times with no response. Called tow times, first time, the guy answered the phone said the rest will be shipped the next day. Second time, it was two weeks after the first call, the guy said items shipped already, tracking number will be mailed to me the next day. Then another 13 days with nothing. Tried to call, but no one answer and no package received.
This is a very un reliable seller, don't buy from them and very bad customer service. BEWARE!!!"

"I ordered 2 items, both of which were "in stock". The package arrived without any paperwork and 1 item in it. I had been billed for the entire amount (both pieces) tax and freight. I sent an email-no answer, I called and left a message no answer. Finally, I called and got a person who told me my second item was backordered and would be in about 2-3 weeks. Fortunately, I stumbled upon this rating website while on the phone with them. I immediately changed my backorder to a cancel order and refund because I saw they could not be trusted. I'm guessing the 2-3 day refund promised will not show up. Next stop: American Express to dispute this charge, second stop the AG of NY State to file a complaint. This company is soooo wrong in how they treat customers. "

The vise-grips were shipped but as of 1/12/11 the 4 C-Clamps were backordered, and each time I have called David he has assured me that they would be shipped and I would receive tracking info. RMA supprt agreed that product was incorrect as advertised and said I would have to buy additional parts they have in stock to correct the problem. Refused to exchange product with like item the contained all the parts as advertised or to send the missing parts.

Told me if exchange was required I would have to pay shipping and restocking fees. BUYER BEWARE. These guys are good at misleadin the customer. See other reviews."

"Ordered a Toro electric snowblower from Toolfetch when I heard that another snowstorm was on the way. Took a long time to find a store that had them in stock. Received an order confirmation within hours.

I was told to expect a tracking number within 48 hours. Did not receive it so went to site to check on my order only to find that it had been cancelled because they were out of stock.

I think this is very unprofessional and irresponsible business practice. I will definitely be contacting the better business bureau. "

The customer service is excellent.They answered all my questions in a prompt manner.I'm highly content with the shipping times and product purchased.I spoke to Dave who gave me an expected date of delivery and I received the item purchased on the EXACT date.Dave was very courteous and respectful when I spoke to him over the phone.He did not interrupt me during our conversation.
On the other hand,I was initially going to purchase my product from Shoplet(www.shoplet.com).I called and spoke to a gentlemen inquiring about their guarantee match program.He hung up the phone on me.I called back again and this time I spoke to a arrogant woman.I asked her the same question and she laughed and ridiculed me for not knowing where to locate the information on their website.Shoplet has terrible customer service and the people there have no respect for the customers.Do not shop there.Shop at www.toolfetch.com.They're the best."

"Ordered a part from ToolFetch and was called a couple of days later that said that part would be on back order for three weeks. Then I was told I could have the 200amp version which was fine with me. So to this point I am a pretty happy customer. The 200amp adapter doesn't work with my torch. So I emailed them and got the canned response to include that I would get a real response within 24 hours. It has been more than a week now and no response. Probably wouldn't shop them again even if the price was right."
