"I'm a business owner. Tried to buy items for my business. Worst online purchase I've ever tried to make.
I completed the order, they received my payment and the charge showed up on my credit card statement.
A few weeks later, nothing. After researching, I found out the item was on back order. I cancelled the order through their telephone customer service.
A little over a month later the refund still hadn't showed up in my account. Tried several times to call support with no luck getting through so I disputed the charge with my bank.
Three weeks later my bank credited my account the correct amount and Tool Fetch still hadn't responded to my bank's attempts to settle the issue.
Won't be doing business with Tool Fetch again."
"Ordered 2 each of 2 hammer handles on 9/6/2014.
The first handle received shipped from Carol Stream, IL
The second handle received shipped from Muskogee, OK
The last two shipped from Muskogee and arrived on 10/14/2014
My guess is its a drop ship place and they don't have any stock on hand. They only charged $7.60 for shipping and handling which I doubt covers the cost of packing and shipping three shipments.
I did contact them via email on 9/18 and they got back to me saying they expected to ship on 10/10 which turned out to be the case.
The positive side is that I did get what I ordered, the price was good and they did communicate promptly. The negative side is that it took over a month to get all of my order. A month is forever in the age of the internet.
I give them a passing grade of C.
People are so accustomed to getting online orders fast that I would suggest they figure out how to sell only what their suppliers have in stock."

"Items listed as in stock were not in stock. Customer service lied in writing saying the delay was due to the manufacturer. Customer service finally admitted they were waiting to order items until more order to them for the items had accrued because they had a minimum order quantity from the manufacturer (who says they do not sell to toolfetch) How is it my problem you have a MOQ? You advertised the items as in stock and shipping within 24hrs."
"Toolfetch went above and beyond for me after my package was damaged in shipping. I spoke to customer service and explained how I desperately needed this for my job and would lose a ton of money.
They ended up shipping a new unit that day and I received it the very next day to continue the work I needed to do. I was overly impressed with Toolfetch's customer service. Reading other reviews here not sure why others would have anything negative to say.
I'll be a returning customer and let others know about my great experience."
"beware, beware, danger. they charge 15 percent restocking and it takes 2 weeks to get a return authorization number. when you ship it back don't lose your tracking number because you will never get any of your money back. "
"Beware of this company. Expect no service after they get your money. Company sold a tool that does not work on my car despite their description that it would. They want to charge 15% restocking fee plus shipping the tool to me. And yes, I would have to pay shipping back to them. Net is I would only get ~$10 back (if they really refunded any money) on a $35 purchase. I won't ever buy from them again."
"Bought a vacuum pump here and it came broken, they did not offer to pay for shipping back, which in other words means, they do not care that they sent out a broken item. If you're thinking about using this site, think again, save your money and buy from a retail store."
"Toolfetch does not stand behind the products they sell and apparently they do not accept returns. I purchased a torque wrench from them that was defective right out of the box. They told me to return it to the manufacturer. I don't want to buy something and immediately send it to the manufacturer for repairs. They refused to exchange it or give me a refund. Worst experiance I've ever had with any retailer."
"Placed an order on 08 Nov 12 for a replacement drill part. Verified with drill manufacturer that part was in stock, but they do not sell direct. Called Toolfetch on 17 Dec to get status and was told item backordered but would have in a week. Called on 02 Jan and was told I would have item by 15 Jan -ABSOLUTLEY! Called on 16 Jan and was told item just came in and would be shipped that day. I asked, given the run around, if item could be shipped express - representative was very rude , said he would check with his supervisor and call back. Never did. Received an email that item shipped 22 Jan. Still waiting for delivery 6 days later.
I will never do business with Toolfetch again."

I ordered a foldable solar panel from their website. When I was ordering, I typed my current address and the website calculated the total shipping amount of $7.60 and I acknowledged the total amount of $129.59 and paid thru paypal. I received a sales ordered receipt acknowledment and started waiting..
One week passed there was no response from anyone, second week almost passed and I asked about what is going on, and there was no answer..
I e-mailed them numerous times and finally someone in the company replies back to me the following e-mail after 12 days:
"There will be additional shipping charges of $69.38 Toolfetch Christian"
They want me to pay $69.38 more on top of $7.60 I paid to send a product that only weights 2 POUNDS!!!!!
This is absolutely crazy.
How come the website never had such claims when I ordered and paid for shipping and acknowledged with a PROOF OF SALES? How come nobody responds to my e-mails for numerous days and finally after 12 days"
"Worst customer service ever! They cancelled my order because I was travelling and having the product sent to a hotel. No biggy, I just used another vendor. Then guess what, these idiots sent the product anyways (after emailing me that the order had been cancelled and confirming the cancellation over the phone!) and charged me extra shipping. Toolfetch seems to be run by totally incompetent scammers."

I always use virtual credit cards when I order over the internet so that my real credit card is not on file."
