"Ordered two sets of Wera screwdrivers on 11-2-19. It is currently thanksgiving day and I still dont have them. It took multiple emails for tool discounter to respond and all they did was lie about the order. Told me they are sorry and the tools weren't in stock but would ship out FedEx expedited on 11-21. This also didnt happen. On 11-24 I got a FedEx tracking # and now they are scheduled to be delivered on 11-29. We will see. Stay far away from this company. It is not worth it to save a few dollars over the Amazon price. I would have had these screwdrivers on 11-4 if I wasn't cheap and wanted to save 10$. Never again"
"I ordered a fuel injector cleaner canister. It came with no damage to the box. Upon opening noticed the coupler sleeve was flat spotted on two sides. Wont open. Cant use it. They wont replace it. Says takes two weeks to get another one. It's in stock from the manufacturer. Why cant they send another unit with a return label for the bad one??? Getting the run around. Costing me money every day it's not being used. Will not buy from them again nor recommend them. Needless to say I'm ****."
