"Found a wrench set that I was looking for at ToolDiscounter, with a decent price and low shipping cost. Placed my online order and received a confirmation email immediately. 2 days later I received an email stating my order will ship in 1-2 weeks.
3 weeks pass, no update on my order. I send the customer service team a message via email to get an update... No Response.
5 weeks pass, no update on my order. I again send the customer service team a message via email to to get an update... No Response.
6 weeks pass, no update on my order. I email the customer service team again and demand that they give me a shipping confirmation for my order before the end of the week, or cancel my order and refund my payment... 8 hrs later I received an order cancellation confirmation email.
Terrible customer service, and not once was I able to get a response from a customer service rep. Be aware that they list items for sale on their site that either are not in stock, or do not have the ability to source in a reasonable time frame if ordered."

WTF who takes that long just to put it in the mail. ! after 12 days now still no tool, no way to cancel your order. i have emailed them twice so far and no response from them at all. i wouldn't even give them one star but thats the lowest you can go. they should get a minus 5 star rating. "I've bought tools from them a few times, and never had a reason to complain. Just last week I ordered a new vacuum pump kit, and today (9/1/2020) it arrived via FedEx ground. My last order was in December 2018, a couple SK socket sets. Again, no problems. So my experience has been good when buying from this company, and I find they have very competitive prices and quick shipment."
"On July 13, 2020 I placed an online order for items shown to be in stock. On July 14, 2020 I received an email stating my order would ship in 1-2 weeks. With covid I was OK with that. On August 8, 2020 I still hadn't received my order and sent email for update. On August 10 sent another email and finally received a response stating they did not have them in stock.
On August 14, 2020 I received 4 of the 10 items I ordered. On the same day I sent an email request for an update as to status of remaining 6 items, no response.
On August 14, 2020 sent another request for update response, again silence. To date it has been 29 BUSINESS days and 40 calendar days and order still not complete, but yet my card was charged for the entire order.
I will never order from this site again and highly recommend before you do call them to see if they have items in stock to ensure you will get your order."

The man knew what I was talking about as soon as I gave him the item #, checked, & said it was in stock. I went online (on a Friday), ordered my tool, & chose 2-day delivery. On the following Monday I received an email with tracking info and on Wednesday I received exactly what I ordered."
