"The ordering process was complex.
The first 5 attempts resulted in no order being placed. Number 6 I somehow got the shipping address (for drop ship customer) confused with the billing address. Since the billing address for my credit card is incorrect, it should not have gone through. But, it did, even though I didn't get any confirmation or order shipped notices, charge my account. Still working on a resolution for that one.
The price advertised is 9.99, but I was charged 11.99. After 7 emails back and forth to support for the issue, they tell me my DS level is not high enough to get the advertised price.
Was trying out TMart as a new supplier for drop ship items, but if this first try is any indication of how they work, I won't buy anything or resell with them again. "
