"in the last nine months I have probably purchased over $1000 worth of merchandise. I have filed complaints three different times for items that did not show up at all and it took them several months to decide whether to refund the money to PayPal, which they did finally, I just sent a second letter today on two items totaling about $49 worth because I got no response from the first letter will see where this goes. I told them my next letter will be to PayPal and they can deal with them. My last order of the hundred and $98 I bought about a dozen of the LED lamps and I have four of them that do not work at all after my first letter. They wanted pictures so I took pictures and sent those. Their response was that I needed to make a video of everything and try to repair the lamps by replacing the wiring. Three of the lamps for only $4.99 a piece. One lamp was $6.99 for $22. I'm not going to make a video and send anymore letters to them. I will just quit buying from them.
