"SEVERAL ITEMS WERE MISSING FROM MY ORDER. They asked for the purchase order, SKU. But they STUPIDLY DEMAND that you send them a picture of an item that you NEVER RECEIVED. So I sent them the picture- from their website - of what SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED. They sent another email asking for information that I ALREADY SENT THEM!! AND THEY ALSO WANTED ME TO PERSONALLY TAKE A PICTURE OF AN ITEM THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE. Their stupid, illiterate Chinese Customer Service is incredible!!! This place is a true rip off. The stuff is your average Chinese rip off junk. And they rip you off even more when they never send you the items."

1. I received on Tuesday 29-Jan-2019 and today 30-Jan-2019 - I am TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED - when Battery is charged up.
2. The words are in a language ( NOT English ) or even Malay or even Chinese ( at least here are a lot of Malay & Chinese language speaking people here in Singapore )
3. What do you want me to do with the set - how much time do you expect me to waste to get it working ( in an unknown Foreign Language ). Or I claim from the Credit Card Company
