"The process of buying new tires from Tire Rack could not be any easier or better. Finding the right tire is easy with Tire Racks online resources, and it is great to have access to not only professional reviews, but reviews by other customers. Since I prefer to support local stores, I checked with them first but their prices were $100 higher per tire and they did not offer a road hazard warranty (at any price, let alone the free warranty provided by Tire Rack). Tire Rack shipped the tires to the very same local vendor who then got the business of installing the tires, balancing the wheels and aligning the car. At the end of the day, I saved money, received a road hazard warranty and supported by local business. A win/win as far as I am concerned. "
"Order and delivery were excellent with regard to 2 of my tires. The other 2 were shipped through incompetent FedEx. They are absolutely horrendous. Tire rack was able to assist with the mid send return so I could go pick up the other 2 tires at the distribution center. Everyone who I spoke with was empathetic. Pls don’t use FedEx they are garbage "

"Delivery was faster that i expected. I was not happy that my tires were date stamped 31/2021. They looked ok but only time will tell. I did not notice the date until after i mounted them so i wasn't going to remove them to try to get a refund if the even would. I know some of the listings on the website say if the are a older production date but these did not. OK my bad i put that the date was 03/2019 but it was 31/2021 still older than i expected though. Tire Rack did the right thing and made adjustments for this. I'm a happy driver now "

"Bought four tires from Tire Rack. Everything went smoothly, they even called me to make sure the tires were the size I needed because they were an odd size. Then they shipped the tires to the company which was going to forward them to me (I live overseas). Although all four were supposedly shipped out at the same time, the courier company (FedEx) decided to deliver two on one day and the other two on another! The company that was going to forward them to me then treated this as two different packages and charged me an additional 40% ($160) in shipment charges!! So, although Tire Rack is not to blame, maybe a change in courier or agreement with them might avoid such inconveniences."
