"My experience was overall very good. I love the tile and I received my order quickly and it was correct. The only issue I had was with regards to questions I asked. Twice I asked a question and on both occasions the answer I received was for me to read the website. At the point I asked the questions I had read the website and the answers were not there or I missed them. So, the rating I gave was a 4 instead of a 5 because I felt their costumer service was nonexistent. In the end I got the answers form my installer. Guess I'll see how the return of extras goes and maybe rethink it."

"One out of six $30/sheet Allure mosaic tile sheets arrived with two cracks in the glass and one quite discolored marble piece. I didn't ask for a refund/return because it was the "extra" one we ordered in case of problems. The other sheets were fine, and we were actually able to use the damaged sheet in a shorter, fill-in space.
The overall look of the tile is spectacular and the Glass Tile Store is the only store where I found this particular tile. Eric was great - helped me through e-mails with various questions I had. Overall, I very good experience. I can recommend this store. "
