"Guys who deliverd pallet had only one dolly and simply flipped it from the hydraulic truck lift onto the dolly on the ground. Every tile on that side was crushed (approx 20%) I called you several times and was finally told I waited too long (30 days) to reort the problem. I probably don't need to tell you I ordered this tile before the resto (which took longer than expected) there is no reason to open a pallet of glass tiles in the middle of a project if you don't need them yet. Yes. It's now been 6mo. Yes. I am still very upset. The breakage forced us to change our design. When I called and wrote your company, the response was rude and condescending. If I get no response or satisfaction once again, I will be writing some VERY public reviews...but I thought I would submit this to you first, as I would want someone to do for me. "Received a sample and loved it. Ordered the back splash tile and it did not match the sample. There was not one piece in the order that had the color medallions that were on the sample. Was told I should expect variation in stone. Also the 4 pencils that were wrapped in saran wrap were broken. They said they were not responsible for UPS handling. Was told to order and pay for the 2nd choice and then then would send me the credit. They would not apply my payment. They charged me 15% for the return and I paid shipping. It cost me over $120 total. They now agree not to charge me for the pencils. The replacement order is fine and got here quickly. It is only a week since I sent the returns and am awaiting the credit."
