I can understand this happening because when I opened the boxes, there was MINIMAL shredded cardboard used for packing (one layer). I am somewhat upset that the tiles were cracked in the first place and even more upset that this company just acts like it's no big deal and tells me to watch a video on "how to remove a tile piece with another piece." I am upset with the whole situation. To me, it's the point of paying $20 a sheet and getting told "this happens frequently" and so basically, we just ripped you off because we can. I will not be using your company again and will not recommend to family/friends."

After going back and forth (and delaying our project) we settled for a 20% discount from glasstilestore.com, though we would have much preferred unbroken tiles. In the end, we still had to use broken tiles for our project. I would not suggest using this company to a friend"
