These guys should be arrested.

"On June 7, 2017, I purchased two tickets for $80.00 for Mamma Mia at the Hollywood Bowl for July 28, 2017. I read their terms and conditions and saw no mention of having to pay extra or any type of service fee (I have a copy of their terms and conditions). When I clicked "Place Order," I was expecting to see what the total payment was. To my horror, I saw that I had been charged $230.95 when I was expecting it to be $160.00.

I called the company and was told there was a "no refund" policy even though I wanted a refund immediately after placing the order.

I called my bank and was grateful that they gave me a credit back for the money while I'm disputing it.

Here is an important point from their "Terms and Services":
"All orders placed on this Site are considered requests until you receive confirmation of the availability of the tickets.
All sales are final; there are no cancellations, returns, or exchanges."

I received an email at 8:22 AM informing me that the tickets were available. Prior to that time, I called when my order was still considered a "request," not a "sale" and they refused to refund the money.
I called my bank at 7:47 AM to register the complaint that the company would not give me a refund (as proof that I was trying to take care of this before the 8:22 AM email).

I checked my PayPal Account and saw that there is no mention that I purchased tickets. It says just that I ordered one thing for $230.95. I called PayPal, alerted them to the fraudulent nature of this company. They assured me that they would report this company to make sure they can't rip anyone off through their services.

Here is more unscrupulous activity by them. On June 8, I received an email from a person pretending as if he represents a third party company asking me if I have received my tickets. The email gives me three options:

Yes, I received my order.
No, I haven't received my order yet.
I canceled my order.

There is only one link to click. If I click it, thinking that this is my way to communicate with this fake person, I'll no doubt be acknowledging that I received their tickets. At this point, they will then say that I received my tickets; therefore, they'll tell my bank that they can keep my money.

The people in this company should be arrested. I have keep all my documentation and can attach it in another email for your perusal.

How is this even legal?!

"Please explain to me how this is even legal - to NOT display a service fee prior to someone making a purchase online?! There was no transparency in the buying process AT ALL. With all sales being final, this leaves a HORRID impression from a buyer's perspective. Not industry practice in the least & should be entirely illegal."

Outrageous Service Fees turned into Full Resolution! REVIEW UPDATE

"REVIEW UPDATE:
After leaving this review, Kyle from Customer Support called me and spoke with me about my concerns. We reviewed the company policies and service fees and TicketZoom fully resolved the issues I had and turned my negative experience into a positive one. He was helpful and respectful on the phone and now I'm completely satisfied with the results.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I bought two tickets ($244 each) to see Twenty One Pilots in Las Vegas. The $175 service fee was added on AFTER I clicked the submit purchase button. I had no idea there was a service fee, let alone a $175 service fee, until it was too late. I could have purchased much better seats for the $684 i was charged. LAME. Buy your tix elsewhere.

Excellent customer service

"I was nervous about purchasing tickets online so I called the toll free number on their website. The person I talked to was reassuring and friendly. He took my order over the phone and stayed on the phone while I checked my email for the tickets, which arrived almost instantly. He even provided his direct extension incase I had any problems, which I didn't. The seats we purchased were fabulous and the price was so much better than on any other ticketing website. Ticket Zoom will always be my go to source for tickets! "

Rip off artists

"I ordered two tickets for a hockey game.it cost me over $700 and I didn't get my tickets!!
Spent hours trying to contact them by phone email and live chat and got NOTHING!!!!
Now I'm out the money and no hockey.

"Had credit card info. hacked and I proved it too them and they just said all was good on there end and they said TOO BAD. Not even willing to try and help out the situation. We got our money to HELL with you was there attitude."

FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION AND THEY WOULDN'T RETURN MY MONEY

"BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!!!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! MY EMAIL AND CREDIT CARD WERE HACKED. I HAVE FRAUD ALERT ON ALL OF MY CARDS AND AS SOON AS THE TRANSACTION TOOK PLACE I KNEW ABOUT IT. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED TICKETZOOM'S SUPPORT CENTER AND COULDN'T GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE. I FINALLY RECEIVED A CALL FROM TICKETZOOM AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. ALL INFO WAS VERIFIED ON THEIR END AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Just say no!

"Do not, I repeat do NOT do business with this company. I made the mistake of reading these reviews after purchasing and everyone says the same thing- not made aware of the fees before clicking submit. No refunds. The fees were as much as the tickets. Rude customer service. "

Found out the night before the game that we actually didn't have tickets

"So, we bought the tickets from Ticket Zoom the same day the tickets went on sale (and promptly sold out). We were pretty happy to get the tickets, even with all the fees and charges. The venue is a 4 hour drive from our house and the sole purpose for making the drive was to attend the game. Our credit card was charged immediately and we received confirmation that our tickets were in fact available and held for us the day after we placed the order. So far, so good except our tickets were supposed to come via email on October 24 (four days before the event). They didn't arrive, so on the 25th I called Ticket Zoom and they assured me that they had spoken to the seller and had been assured we would receive the tickets on October 26th. The 26th came and went and on the 27th (today) I called back. I was told that again, they spoke with the seller and the tickets would be available by 8 PM. They did not arrive so at 8:30 PM I called and was informed that "unfortunately" the tickets were not going to be available. I was told I will receive a full refund and a coupon for 10% off another event, but honestly, why would I use that service again? I now have a weekend hotel stay that is too late to cancel, dinner reservations that are too early to be practical if we're not doing anything else later (and I can't get a later one a day in advance) and absolutely nothing to do except shop and drink beer, which I could easily do without a 4 hour drive. The customer service rep was nice, but could do nothing for me. What a ridiculous way to run a business. "

horrible! Don't use it !

"Ticketzoom website is deceiving. They will not show the surcharges clearly until you click the purchase button and it's too late. The surcharges are TOO HIGH and NOT VISIBLY displayed. No one answers their 800 number. I tried to call several times but no one picked up. They will reply by email and tell you there is no way to cancel/refund/change your purchase. Do not buy from this merchant again."

"Spoke with a very cool young manager named SHANNON who took the time to listen to a small issue I had with TICKET ZOOM, he was polite professional and courteous and as I said he LISTENED to me and understood my complaint and resolved the matter for me, exceeding my expectations and going above and beyond what they had to do as a company.

Ticketzoom switched seats

"I just bought Britney tickets for Vegas. I bought row L tickets and yes row L was on my tickets but they also had row AA on the tickets which were the second to last row in the arena. What a shady company. We had the worst seats.
They added a $75 processing fee to the tickets without any warning to us. i called them and they said "it's in the fine print. You agreed to this."

THIS COMPANY IS SO UNETHICAL.
