Don't trust

"This is a discusting website, they are not clear with you, they hide the information when you are buying a ticket, they hide the whole prices until you finished l the order, this is really not fair. I do not recommend this website. "

Bunch of Scammers

"I purchased tickets for a Sept 27, 2017 event that was postponed until May 2018 and was told that there are no refunds. I am now stuck as I can't go in May and how can I purchase tickets and plan for a date that keeps changing? Their customer service is the worst!

This is not your go to ticket company......... Just the opposite

"Hey I made a mistake and used the wrong credit card for the purchase of three tickets through TicketZoom.com
I phoned back within 5 minutes asking if I could reverse the transaction and use a different credit card.

Not a Chance,
What is with that!!
It is called greed
I will pray for those poor people that have to work for a company like that. It would be hard to feel good about yourself at the end of the day.

"RIP OFFS"! DON'T USE THEM!

"I am like a lot of other people on here that have used ticketzoom. I was browsing websites trying to find the cheapest price on some Eagles tickets. I came to ticketzoom and tried the same thing, but when I thought I was reviewing my order to see what the final cost was going to be. "BAM" I had purchased the tickets for over $500. I immediately tried going to customer service, which there is none, and could not get the charge taken off. I called the toll free phone number and listened to their recordings and they said they did not give refunds. They should call themselves "Cheap Trick", because that is what I got. Tricked into a purchased with no way to get a refund. I called my bank this morning only to be told that since I gave them my credit/debit card number, there was nothing they could do about it. So "BUYER BEWARE" of this site because they are crooks, rip offs and scammers. I cannot afford to loose over $500."

"I had wanted tickets to see eli young band, and my boyfriend decided to surprise me with tickets for my birthday, the box offices have these tickets priced at only $20 each- yet he paid $120.50 for TWO TICKETS and didn't know it until after his payment info had been submitted, there was no review and no warning of service fees. We unfortunately made the mistake of waiting to read reviews after purchasing. They absolutely will not refund your money no matter what your situation is- they claim to have 5 star ratings and 100% satisfaction guarantees- what a joke lol "

Ticketzoom Scam!!

"Be ware of going on that site. If you shop: You're screwed. They give you the lowest price than they charge you $28 for 10 days delivery and additional $48 for service without letting you know when you use your card without any review.
I bought a concert ticket for Ed Sheeran that cost $139 and they charged me $212.66
I canceled it right away. However, they didn't give damn.
Call your credit card company and cancel it right away.

I GOT RIPPED OFF $800

"I went to purchase 1 ticket online. After inputting my credit card information, I was told that 7 tickets were purchased in my name and I was charged over $800. They will not answer my calls and their website says no refunds anyways. I will never use this site again."

"It takes more than a week for someone to reply to your email. You can't call them unless you concert is the next day, then you have to wait on hold for more than 3 hours"

Beware of Ticket Zoom

"Most ticket resellers websites are fairly similiar. Ticket Zoom, on the other hand, has you input your credit card data and then when you try to go to the next page to get your total cost, you have then purchased the tickets. I called the company right away and said I wasn't trying to purchase the tickets. I had just wanted to look at the total cost of them. They said they couldn't refund them since they were purchased. Be very careful on that website and do not enter your credit card data unless you really want those tix."

These people are unethical, thieves and crooks

"As seen on the BBB website and others, these people are unethical and thieves. The website does not disclose the exorbitant service charge until you made the purchase. I wanted 2 tickets for Yes....website said $105 per ticket. They showed six tickets available. I clicked on two. Immediately it want to the credit card input data. Once I put that it, and processed it, I then see that 6 tickets were purchased with each having over $45 service and convenience fees. Ten minutes later, I called them, requesting to have four tickets credited back to my account. They told me all sales are final. I sent three e-mails throughout the course of the day, without a response. Eight hours later, they sent me the the six tickets via e-mail.
First of all, their website is misleading and does not disclose everything, as others have seen. Second of all, a reputable company would understand that 10 minutes after purchasing something, and finding out something went wrong....they would make good and refund the request.....there were no tickets issued, not extra work on their part...
When I spoke to Viviana shortly afterwards, telling me that all purchases are non-refundable, it appears she went around that block before. I mentioned that I was going to contest this with my bank, and she immediately said that that can take at least 4-6 weeks, implying that the concert was in 8 weeks, so the best thing to do was to sell the extra tickets myself, or give them to friends and family. Thanks Viviana....great advice.....you appear to have been there before....shame on you too.
So what they did was immediately take out over $850, with over $270 in service charges, and hid behind their ridiculous no-refund policy which was hidden in their website.
These people are thieves and getting a way with it....I am for starting a class action suit and taking this company down....as it deserves to be.

NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!

"I purchased 1 ticket for an Ed Sheeran concert for my son as a birthday present. Because of his popularity, I knew that these tickets wouldn't be cheap. Ticketzoom's misleading and incredibly confusing website led me to believe I was getting a great deal until my credit card was charged $440 with almost $150 in service fees. Ticketzoom, more like Ticketscam, never gave me a final price before confirming a purchase. I immediately called them to try and resolve this issue but the customer service was absolutely horrendous, bribing me with a $25 credit off service charges as if that would fix things. The only response that they continously gave was that their "terms and conditions" explains everything. Even after reporting the charge to my credit card company, there was nothing that they could do. Avoid this company at all costs, you will get scammed!!! "

DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!

"Initial pricing make this site very appealing. I purchased two tickets for $135.00 each. After I had completed the purchase, my $270.00 purchase became $371.35. Just over $100.00 in fees!!! After calling the help number, I was "educated" about the hidden fees and "Special Delivery" (The tickets were placed in will call at the event venue) charges, which are not shown anywhere during the process and show up after your "non refundable" purchase is completed and shown to you. I asked why they didn't just include the fees in the cost of the tickets? The well trained sales agent told me, "That's how we stay in business"..... I will never use this ticket agency again!!! "

Good Overall Experience

"I had an issue with my order at first and expressed my concerns by leaving a review. The management team sent me an email and left me a voicemail on my phone to follow up. When I returned their call, I spoke to a manager by the name of Lucy. She was very professional and understanding and was able to offer me a solution. Thanks Lucy!"
