"I thought I was on the venue site to buy tickets, but was somehow rerouted to ticketsales.com without realizing it. I bought 3 tickets and was charged $398 for tickets that had a total face value of $165. When I realized that I had purchased from a third party resale site, I called them immediately and asked that my transaction be reversed. They flatly refused and practically hung up on me. No customer service at all. They get your money and don't want to talk to you again. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint with them. They give this company an "F" rating for the sheer number of complaints against them. I viewed other review sites as well and found more horrible reviews than I could count. Many people had the same experience as I did, being rerouted to their site without realizing it until it's too late. And I called them within minutes of buying the tickets, not after I received them or anything, so they very easily could have reversed the charge. They are total scumbags. DO NOT USE TICKETSALES.COM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! I am still fighting to get my money back, as I returned the tickets as soon as I received them, even though I also emailed them twice and told them not to send the tickets to me. Stay clear of this site. This business should be investigated by the Federal Trade Commission, no joke. They need to be shut down. "

"I was trying to get tickets to a tribute band of Beach boys at the Pala. My friend had told me there were only 10.00 each and all are general admission. I put in Pala concert sales and was brought to this site. I tried to buy the 10.00 tickets . I kept looking through the site and entered information waiting t=for the right price to come up. It kept taking me to the same place of Best available and only saw those still general admission for 239.00!
I tried to switch back and accidentally hit purchase. I immediately called their office and was put on hold for AN HOUR WITH NO RESULT. i TRIED THEIR CHAT SERVICE ONLINE WHICH DID NOT WORK . I then sent them an email that day and the next day. They got back to me 3 days later and said they would not reverse the charges, but I could try to resell them through their service AND PAY THEM TO DO IT. My friend has the same exact tickets from e-tickets and they are 10.00 . I think they have poor service and wonder if there was not "seller"... just them using tricks to scalp people"

Event cancelled, no response, no response, no response (don’t even try to call these scammers) finally a “store credit”, MUST use before the expiration date……guess what “NO EXPERATION DATE” listed anywhere.

"I had the worst experience with this company. They allow resellers to post ticket information. That is misleading. Basically, putting special codes on GA tickets that would make you think they are special, access or seat tickets so you are happy to pay a big premium. I paid $450 for $49 tickets when it was all said and done. I can not get then to respond or engage with me. "This is a terrible company. I purchased tickets for an event. It was cancelled. They sent me some store credit, and despite having bought the ticket protection refused a refund, stating they would only give it within 7 days of receiving the credit and by calling. I received no information from them explaining this. I chalked my loses up and said fine. I purchased tickets for a new event and applied their credit code they sent me. It said the discount was applied and showed a total of the remaining balance. When I paid for the tickets with what should have only been about 20 dollars, they took the entire 370 dollars for the tickets from my account. Their system made an error and didn’t take the credit off. I attempted multiple times to call and could not get a human representative. I emailed and finally went to live chat. When they representative on the live chat said she saw that it was not applied as it should have been then said she could not apply it. I am beyond irritated as I wouldn’t have bought tickets from them at all other than to use the credit up. The customer service is terrible and they are extremely unhelpful. Absolutely will never use them again. "

It must have got their attention as they wrote to me and ultimately refunded me for the tickets.
While I greatly appreciate their refund, to get there was a horrible experience...so, five stars for the refund, but only one for the frustration... that averages out to a 3 star. However, I don't think I will use them again.

I called on 5/29 to request a refund for a cancelled show, and was told my refund would be processed. After no refund was given, I called back several times (extremely hard to get through to a customer service rep). Both Janice (July 8th) and Carolyn (August 3rd) read me a script that an email was sent out on June 1st (after my May 29th call) and that I was supposed to reply within seven days to get my refund. I never saw an email regarding this, and my initial call for a refund predated their June 1st email. This business is a total scam!! I will be taking legal action against them - not for the money, but on principal. Read these hundreds of unhappy customers at the Better Business Bureau Reviews...

"First of all I bought my tickets to a comedy show expecting the price to be in Canadian dollars, which I found out after I purchased them that they were in US dollars. They were already so expensive with all their ridiculous fees, so that was a kick to the stomach. Second of all, they will not give me a refund for them as the show has now been postponed 7 months later on a Sunday afternoon (the show I bought tickets for was for a Saturday evening and for my sisters birthday in April, not November). I realize that the covid 19 situation isn’t their fault, but I need my money back NOW, not in November when I’m going to have to try to resell them. They are a ticket resale company, why can they not resell them?! What a scam!"
"Would give a zero if I could. Requested a very specific section because it was in the Morning Call Box (section 113-117), which is a private section. I received tickets for a completely different section on the other side of the arena. When I called they said the sections are comparable, which they are not. I paid nearly double for the tickets because I wanted that specific location. I could have went to the box office and purchased tickets for the section that I received for 1/2 of what I paid. What a scam!! Buyer beware!!"

Buying tickets from this site was one if the worst mistakes I have ever made! I paid almost $500 dollars for my tickets and when they finally sent them to me they had paid $55 for each and bought them from ticket master which is what I should have done in the first place! It also took forever for them to send me the tickets. I had to call them two hours before the event and was on and off hold for almost 40 minutes before they sent me the tickets. They then informed me that my tickets had to be printed which was never mentioned when I purchased them. Do not use this site! Zero stars!"

Do NOT buy from ticketsales.com. Not only do they charge an extremely high price for tickets but they also charge a very high processing fee plus a delivery fee for tickets that are delivered electronically. The customer service is a joke. They do not help at all. They say to resell your tickets if your not happy but when I search for the concert it cannot be found. Not helpful at all!
And do not expect a refund because they will not give it to you!
I will never buy from this site and I will warn all of my friends and family not to buy from this site.

"I put in the name of the venue I wanted .com and I was directed to their site. So I thought I was on the venues actual site. When I checked out I was charged was $100 more than I was told on the page I was paying for the tickets. When I tried calling the company I could not get to a live person. I filed a dispute with my credit card company for the money I did not know I was being charged as in their terms and conditions it stats if you dispute your credit charge they can resale the tickets and charge you what ever they want. I also filed a complaint with the Idaho Attorney Generals office and so the company did contact me and said I was getting a full refund but they are still telling me credit card company that I owe the full amount and they would not issue me a refund"
