"Somehow this site is one of the top ads when searching for event tickets. In my experience, companies that sell tickets range in generally the same price range across the board. THIS site hiked up the charges by almost DOUBLE, and does not allow or even concern themselves with dissatisfied customers or returns. Nowhere on their site do they allow for REAL reviews and they filter their posted satisfaction rate with cherry-picked 5-star reviews to make you think you’re working with the best company. If you go to any other site to see their real reviews, they’re all just like mine- 1 star and riddled with disappointment. Unfortunately a decent amount of digging has to be done (often times after the fact of getting ripped off) to find just how horrible their business operation is. Their customer service is absolutely nonexistent, their site is a scam, and they justify this with misleading big-font text with a tiny disclaimer stating “tickets may or may not be higher or lower than other retail values”. This is misleading and horrible and I will never ever use this site again. "
"After waiting 1.5 hours on hold to speak with a CSR about how my selected ticket was changed, I was told all sales are final and they would only give me a store credit for the service fees ($80 on two tickets). THEY changed my seat from floor to almost back row and charged me floor seating prices (almost $200/ticket. This isn’t a sold out concert, not at a popular venue or a well-named performer!

"They have figured out how to be the first listed on your WWW search for tickets. They are selling tickets to Yung Gravy for $45.00 per ticket when GA is $20.00. They default the totals so you think you cant just get (1) or (2).

I missed half the show and spent a fortune getting there. "I spent $62 on tix and $50 round trip (uber) to a show that was cancelled. I received no notification of the cancellation. I was told I “might” be refunded and that I cannot get compensated for my transportation.
I headed home at a $112 loss for the night because your company never notified me of a show cancellation. And the customer service specialist did not admit responsibility for my $50 loss on travel. He just hid behind the terms and conditions stating that TicketOffices is not liable.
I had to call for the next 2 days and they kept telling me that they did not confirm that the show was cancelled. They placed me on hold while they called the venue to confirm and then finally processed my refund. They sent me a nice email on October 5th telling me "we're sorry to inform you that the (concert) for October 3rd has been cancelled"

"Ticketoffices.com misrepresented themselves as the Borgata Casino website
I went to the Borgata Casino website to purchase tickets to the June 2 Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band concert.
I scrolled down the ‘purchase tickets’ – and was brought to a display of the theater and available seats and ticket prices. Never one, never, did anything gave me any indication I was still not on the Borgata Casino.
We even went to the effort of calling the Borgata using the number on the website and we connected to their events center and they gave us a recommendation as to where to sit. When they picked up the phone, they identified themselves as the “Borgata Casino”.
So I purchased tickets based upon the very clear belief I was purchasing them from the Borgata Casino and no one else.
When I got the tickets via e-mail, they didn’t have my name on them but instead they had Jake Klay.
When I contacted the Borgata Casino to ask them to resend the tickets in the right name, they told me they had not sold the tickets, but a scalper site - Ticketoffice.com had, and that I had been charged 4 times the actual cost.
According to Borgata Casino, when I clicked on the link to purchase tickets I was redirected to Ticketoffices.com without my knowledge and I was changed 4 times the actual ticket price!
When I called Ticketoffice.com they told me basically tough – I should have been aware that their website – even thought it had the exact look and feel of the Borgata Casino website, was in fact not the Borgata Casino!
They not only charged me 4 times the cost of actual tickets, they also charged me $180 for a service fee – which exceed the cost of the actual tickets themselves.
No mater how many times I called back to resolve the issue, I could not reach anyone.
When I tried to use their on-line chat option, I again was told ‘tough - I should have know I was buying from a reseller”
TicketOffices.com response to the whole issue reminded me a the scene in Animal House – basically it was ‘Face it; you F**ked up, your trusted us…” by clicking on a link they gave me on their website!
They frankly didn’t care …
Lets be clear, absolutely clear, never once did I think I was buying tickets from anyone but the Borgata Casino. Ticketoffice.com masqueraded at the Borgata Casino website - this was out and out fraud

"Bought tickets for the illusionists show in Seattle for 579$, while the same exact tickets were available on the theatre's site for just 331$ - date - 03/15/2018.
So I started chatting with an agent, and basically, their policy dictates that once a purchase is made, it is final and they will not care if you lost a kidney for it.
My only word of caution to everyone is that you will always be better off buying from the theatre's original site as that will have better guarantees and resale value.
I did some research on other events and ended up with the same results, tickets for every single show on this site are inflated and you will with 100% guarantee get better/cheaper tickets elsewhere. Please do your research before setting foot on this website.
They claim that customer happiness is their priority, but when you are in a bad position, all they will quote time and again is their policy and how all sales are final and they have no control over prices."
