"Folks, there is a good reason that 45% off the reviews for this scam company are average/fair/poor. With 29% of the total being poor. I had a legit reason to request a refund - more on that below. But when I called them I was on the phone for 40 minutes and got bounced around to 4 different people. I was told: We do not refund money under any circumstance. They absolutely ****. Avoid them.
They sold me tickets at 44% above face value, but at the point of ordering it all looked legit. Then $68 added for a service fee, then $7 fee to EMAIL the tickets. Really? You can be an astute shopper, and even then it all looks legit at the point off purchase.
So why did I want a refund, which they completely refused to do? Cuz the event I bought tickets for changed to a different event, but happened to include the original individual act as part off a tribute multi-performer act. They totally ****, and the reason there are any positive reviews is that they create a lot of fake accounts then give themselves 5 stars.

"I'm writing on behalf of my 70-year-old mother who purchased 4 tickets to the American Ballet Theater production of Swan Lake through ticketoffices.com. At checkout, there were only two additional charges... a UPS charge and a tax. When she received the confirmation of purchase there was an additional service charge of an additional outrageous fee per ticket.
She and I both tried to speak with someone in the support office and with great difficulty, was only able to do so when we tried to purchase a ticket a new. The woman said she could not help but would connect me to customer service. There was only a recording and I was unable to speak with anyone. "Purchased tickets that turned out to be invalid. Tried to work with ‘customer service’. They told me they couldn’t help me and that all sales were final and no refunds. They definitely did not stand by their 100% guarantee advertised on website. One representative told me they would call me back after investigating issues with tickets. No one called back. I called two days later and reached a representative who said he wouldn’t help me. I asked to speak to supervisor who said the same thing. I would go so far as to say he was laughing at repeating himself when telling for the 20th time that I would have to contact a different ticket outlet for help -although they also could not help since they had no order information or payment information since that was done through ticket offices.com. Beware of this company-you may regret your purchase."
"When I purchased these tickets, I was using the mobile version of their site. I thought I was purchasing directly from the theatre. I was not aware that I was purchasing tickets from a reseller, in US dollars, that were non-refundable. There is no conceivable way that I can re-sell these tickets for even half of what I ended up paying for them. The fact that they wouldn't even grant a refund before I received the tickets is horrible customer service. I would never use this service again and would warn people against falling for this scam.

Charges you one price for tickets and then puts the total with all of their exorbanant fees in tiny print on the side of the page misleading you into what the actual price is. Once purchased you cannot get a refund. Customer service is an absolute joke. A scam company that should be investigated."

I called customer service don't bother it's a joke no refunds I made them aware they never gave total or subtotal of fees price ect got the same answer even at supervisor level tried blaming on me over looking
