"I purchased a modified Reactor Model PC from Thunderbox, and I was very happy with the level of service in the Ordering phase and the end product. I was looking for something fairly high end for Shadowbane and other upcoming games, but I also wanted something that would support some video editing in the future. Moreover, I was working on a schedule such that I had a relatively tight window for receiving the computer at home (before travelling abroad).

Throughout, the guys at Thunderbox were very helpful in helping me sort through my options in order to create the computer that was right for me. The shipment met my tight window, the documentation was impeccable, and setup was (relatively) straightforward. (I had to download a driver or two - very minor, and pretty expected)
