In the middle of the time from my order to the ship date, they emailed me saying that they upgraded my motherboard and lights for FREE! I just got my computer a few days ago and it has been great. I can clearly tell everything has been placed in there with the upmost caution. I was also pleased at their customer support...when i called i wasnt put on hold and when i sent an email it was replied to in about 1 hour! The best support i have ever gotten.

"Overall I would have to rate my dealings with Thunderbox PC as outstanding. Right from the inital order, to working with the Thunderbox team to come up with a system which made sense for my gaming needs, the Thunderbox team made it easy and convienent to do business with them.
The most important thing to me, was the fact that through the entire transaction, I felt as though what I wanted was priorty 1 for the Thunderbox folks, and I never in any way felt pressured to make a decision one way or another. They very clearly laid out options, and asked for decisions to be made.
The computer suffered some minor cosmetic damage during shipping (darn UPS!) but the packing job was equisite and I was surprised given the shape of the outside box, the condition of the inside machine.
A black manual including benchmark tests, and some system information was included, and all the boxes for original OEM parts was included in the shipment. Overall a very nice package.
