Like shopping at a high end boutique without the high end prices. She's already asked if she can shop with ThredUp again! As a parent, I loved the prices and loved teaching her the value of "recycled" clothes. "

"Multiple attempts to reach them but no resolution at all.
I placed two orders on the 16th and 18th of June 2020. The first order was $59 and the second was $98, but only part of those orders arrived, the trackings showed delivered but most items never arrived. (Thredup send a request to the FedEx but FedEx did not locate my shipments,)
On my ThredUp account, they showed issued the refunds but actually I have not received the refunds since June.
I am very disappointed.
I wrote to them 6 times, the help never came!!!"
