Their service is too slow if you need your car back on the road in a reasonable time.

Given the experience with getting the extra shipping costs back I can only imagine the hassle, cost and frustration involved if there was a warranty problem.

"Great prices, Wonderful Customer Service with amazing advice and suggestions, Parts have been shipped at the same day and received on time, I also ordered an extra part by mistake (same part but different brand) and the customer service told me if that's what I want or it happened by mistake, I said well it is a mistake and he cancelled that and refund my money!
