Just getting BULL about my Bull bar !!

"Ordered a new bull bar for my toyota tundra back in oct 2015. did get a call saying it had to be a special order which i was fine with. now fast forward 4 months and the part has finally arrived in there warehouse but they now want an extra $380.00 towards the free delivery.!!!!
i have told them that they need to **** it up and just get me my part..
now they are not returning e-mails or phone calls at all.
i am at a loss.....

Internet Scammers

"I ordered a part that showed stock, in speaking with the representative I told them I need it ASAP and paid an extra $50 to get it shipped immediately. After a week I phoned them to see where the part was, their response was that "they were going to call me", the part was back ordered and it wouldn't be available for a couple weeks. I told them I wasn't interested, just don't put the charges through. It is now 2 weeks later, and I have a Visa bill with the payment taken out. I called The Wrench Monkey and they said the funds were returned (I don't know why they took the funds out in the first place, since they don't have the merchandise), I called Visa and they have no record of the return. So who do you think is pulling a scam? Visa or The Wrench Monkey.... The money is still sitting in their account... making interest for them, while I have to pay interest. RUN don't walk away from these guys."

"Terrible Company. If you are a potential customer do not make the mistake of thinking anything you see on their website is in stock or in their warehouse which probably does not even exist, also don't go thinking your item will arrive in a reasonable period of time. I ordered two items from them online, I chose their company after searching through several for the best deal and free shipping.
I paid via credit card through paypal for the extra piece of mind. That night I get an email saying sorry we don't stock these wheel bearing, they are special order and you will have to pay and extra $25 for shipping. My order was $90 so thats about 30% more then I had anticipated, I could just go to Napa.
Literally the most unprofessional email I have received since I started using a computer. I will now cancel that order but have to wait on the money to go back onto my card. Thanks for wating my time and making me lose an extra day without these parts.

I don't normally leave reviews but you guys made yourselves worth it.

"The company called me to apologise about not processing my refund. They said that they value their customers and this is not typical of the way they treat their customers. They seemed genuinely sorry for the oversight and processed my refund and sent me proof via email right away."

"I never got to order since I emailed them and called them (had to leave a message) about a price match and never heard back from them. Leave a message, what is this place a one person operation? As other reviews indicate customer service is something that they don't care about or more likely don't know what it is or how to do it. Their website seems to show a well stocked, organized business. Their on sale highly discounted price was much higher than another online seller with canada and auto in their name at least on the brake pads I wanted. If you don't care about actually getting the correct item in a timely fashion and possibly assistance with some of the details this just might be the place for you and believe the reviews on their site are indicative of their performance. Or check out their reviews elsewhere like the ones here as they are a lot different."

"I ordered some parts June 29th 2015 and the website showed in stock. I thought since it's within our nation of Canada the parts would arrive sooner than RockAuto or similar. I was wrong. 2 weeks later I messaged them asking where my parts were and they said because they are not in stock and special order they were not sure if I wanted to still order. Meanwhile they still had my money and I was obviously expecting the parts. Had there been an availability issue they could have contacted me. I told them to proceed since they said it would only take a couple weeks. It has now almost been a month with no progress and no hope. Please do not deal with this company. They told me they are short staffed and cannot keep up with their orders. When I asked for a small monetary compensation they refused even after the false information. "

"I have used thewrenchmonkey several times. Shipping has been fast and all orders were received without a problem.
03March2015 I spoke to the company about a defective part and was informed that since it was under warranty would be replaced. So I ordered and paid for the part and was informed it would take a week or two to refund the cost after the old part was returned. Part returned several days later.
25 MAY 2015- I have called weekly and emailed several times.
Every phone conversation I am assured I will see the credit back on my Visa within a few days.
The emails that I sent,,, I have no response at all.
They take your money in a flash but ignore you during a refund.
I finally disputed the charge with VISA and they refunded my money and contacted the company.
I will not use this service again and cannot reccomend

"Great experience.
Only communication was the invoice on a Thursday when I ordered. Friday I heard nothing, then looked around for reviews and I got worried, Monday near the end of day I was considering calling to find out what was going on. Just then I received an email from Canada Post about a pickup, my parts were on there way! 4 Days free delievry and >30% lower prices for name brand parts. I'm Happy!

"Totally unacceptable customer service. I ordered parts on January 23 heard absolutely nothing other that an invoice for my payment. Had to call them on January 29 to be told that the parts that I ordered would not be here for at least 4 t0 5 weeks. The web site said the parts were in stock, meanwhile I have had a car up on the hoist for the past week. Thanks"

"Great sales service. Great prices. Canada Post delivers to the GTA in 2 working days. I've never had to return anything, so i can't comment on the RMA or restocking services.

i'm always very careful to order the right part ~ Wrench Monkey has a good site search engine and clear pictures so you can always compare the one your buying to the one you have in hand.
