"These guys are terrible. I used their definitions of product condition, rated it good according to their definition of good. The phone is not new, obviously. They get the phone and find the tiniest little scratch (which is ok according to the definition of good) and try to but it for 22% less than quoted. Age old game of course, thinking that you wont ask them to send it back because its too much hassle. "

"I submitted the info online and got an offer, sent it in and then got the actual offer email. Apparently my phone was suddenly “obsolete” despite being perfectly serviceable AND the phone I had told them it was.
Regardless, I opted to have my phone returned, and I believe they took it upon themselves to “recycle” (ie.- steal) my phone!
I sent the phone in under the agreement that it would be returned if I so opted, and I expect them to uphold their word!"

The phone we received is an original Motorola Razr from 2004. That phone has been obsolete for more than a decade. I am sorry we're not able to purchase it but nobody purchases that phone. The phone will not activate on any carrier because of its age. ”

Our condition description does state that the battery must be 85% or higher. If you have any questions on how to find this in your iPhone please send us an email and we will be happy to walk you through the process. I can see that your quote went down $45. It will cost every bit of that to replace the battery. ”
