"Recently purhcased breakfast table from The Dining Room Space part of RJD Stores. Decided to buy on line because the selection was bigger. Worst on line purchase I've ever done ! It took almost 2 months to get a table I could live with. Chairs were fine but first table delivered was damaged. Had to jump through hoops taking pictures of the damage and e-mail so the merchant and the manufacturer could argue whether the damage was due to shipping or manufacturer's damage. Not my problem !!! The people at the Dining Room Space are friendly but need to work on customer service. I'm the paying customer and heard every excuse from blaming the manufacturer to they were busy and would get to me when they could. I finally had to get ugly with them to get anything done. The second table was also damaged but in an area that was not noticable and my husband was able to repair. Still didn't get any type of discount and even e-mailed the manufacturer. Didn't hear back from any of them. The breakfast table and chairs were pricey and are actually very nice but will not ever buy from this merchant or manufacturer again. Bad experience !"
