"I ordered some lighted led fans and some other stuff. One of the led fans broke after 2 weeks. I e-mailed their customer support and in a few days a had a replacement fan no questions asked.

"This is one of my best experiances with an online store. I ordered a waterblock from them, and it was speedly delivered. To my dismay, it turned out that it was the wrong one, so I contacted their sales department. They pointed out that I had accidently ordered the wrong product, but they offered to replace it at no charge.
Here's part of an e-mail they sent me:
"If you send it Priority Mail it will be cheap and we will send the new block back the same way at no charge. We beleive in service even if somebody else makes a mistake. Thanks."
This is the kind of service that is a dieing breed in these times. Most stores would have gouged me with a restocking fee, but not these guys.
In the future, I'll be buying here even if it costs me a little more money.
