I was notified on 12/11/2012 (mind you I ordered on 11/27/2012) that my order was next for shipping. It took them entire 7 days to get my order to UPS to be shipped. Order arrived on 12/24/2012.
Absolutely unbelievable. Don't buy from this place if you can't wait that long for a product.

"Placed an order for some Vitamix parts on 10/25/2012. Was just informed they shipped on 12/3/2012 which means I will be lucky to receive my order within 6 weeks after ordering. . God only knows what will be in the package. This place is a scam that takes your money and does not deliver as promised. Do not buy from this merchant. When the price is too low to be true believe it. I plan to dispute this with my credit card company. Stay away!"
"Ordered replacement drive units. Took them a week to acknowledge my order then said they were sending the order for shipment another nine days they said. When I questioned whether they had the parts the lady got snippy and sent me an email canceling my order. They did not refund my credit card charge and I had to dispute it."

"Terrible! I ordered a replacement part for one of my blenders. It took a week for them to acknowledge my order, and then another to "pull it from the warehouse." After a WHOLE MONTH of not hearing anything, I asked them if it had been shipped or if there was a tracking number. I get a reply an hour later saying it's backordered and won't ship any later than in three business days. It hasn't even gone through UPS ground! These people run a business by making you forget you even bought the item! They're a scam!
My father was on a strict vegetable and fruit diet, and I couldn't wait any longer so I cancelled my order. They say it'll be 72 hours until I see my refund. Honestly, in the internet age, that's lightyears from now. I'd be surprised if I do see it on time."
"Just purchased a Hamilton Beach bar blender. Best price by far. Product shipped out as noted, 7-9 days, came with no problems a couple of days later. Very happy with experience. Didn't need any customer service, so can't comment on that, but my expectations, (price, new factory boxed item, delivery time) were met. Would use again."

I did not hear anything from the company so I emailed them and they replied within the hour saying it will ship on 02/06/2012, really 21 days after I placed the order?! After placing my order I let them know that I needed these parts in a hurry. Their customer service department emailed me back quickly letting me know that they would rush the delivery for me. The email we received said jars were backordered until Sept 28th. On the 28th still no ship notification so we cancelled the order. They stated we would receive a refund in 72 hours. "based on search, pricing and variety made this the vendor of choice for an expensive VitaMix purchase. However, they are resellers i think, not carrying the inventory, which in itself is fine. What is NOT fine, is that seem to be running the float on customers money. They say things will ship 5-7 days and max of 21. My order is shipping 23 days after order, no interim updates, and only after an inquiry last nite, did i learn it will "ship tomorrow or sooner" --- no shipping update yet and we are in the same time zone. I am hesitant to recommend but reserve judgment"
