"I thought I would write a great review for this store considering the customer service we got and how quickly the stuff came. I must have kept the sales person on the phone for an hour asking question after question about the different products. I think his name was Kevin and he really knew his stuff. He actually down-sold me on a couple of things explaining i didn't need the more expensive model to do what I wanted. Nice to talk with another restaurant person about restaurant equipment. I was up against an opening day and he delivered on his promise the products would arrive in time. I never wrote a review before but this was above and beyond what I experienced at other restaurant supply companies. Thanks again!"

"Feb. 23. Kevin contacted my e-mail and was wondering why I was upset. I explained no one returned my phone message, 4 days later I have not received anything regarding the shipping process. This is the first time I received no confirmation about shipping and I wanted to wait no longer. I cancelled my order via message. I had to check my credit card statement every day to see if and when I got my credit back. 240 dollars. No shipment confirmation in four days is a deal breaker. Feb 18, OK, So anyone can come in here and lie in a review, especially the peolpe ripping you off. Does this guy who says he got great service have an invoice like me?????? This company charges you for the item, them looks all over the internet to find it at a lower price to sell back to you. If you order from them, they will not be expediscious or even respond due to the fact they have ZERO inventory. WATCH OUT FOR INSTAWARES TOO. "If you want your items in a reasonable amount of time and not deal with a mess to finally receive the items, do not buy from this company.

I purchased 3 blenders on May 25. The site did not have any indication of backorder, and after the purchase told me to expect the shipment in 9-12 days.

After waiting 12 days, instead of getting my blenders I received a notification of backorder. This had never been mentioned while placing the order and was only given to me AFTER the blenders were already supposed to be here.

Because I needed the products, I waited for the backorder to come in and was promised the blenders would be shipped the week of July 22. When the week of July 22 arrived, only 2 of my 3 blenders came in. Instead of receiving any explanation, I had to once again inquire about the status of my order and was told that I had to wait another week for my last blender! The last part of my order finally arrived more than a month later than I ordered.

Buying from this merchant has been nothing but a headache trying to find out where my order was. It takes them more than a month to get their orders to you, and YOU have to ask them what is going on. I will never buy from this company again!
