My circumstance involved an improved chip breaker for the Lie-Nielsen Plane I was trying to order. I emailed The Best Things to see if it was possible to get the new chip breaker with the plane. Within 24 hours I received a reply stating that it would be no problem, "just specify when I order." I called them that afternoon and ordered it. They had it shipped out that evening.
