Of course mail man doesn't carry change I was forced to write a check. Company response:An insert should have been included with your package stating that Spectra/Apollo are sister companies of Foster Grant and manufactured at the same place. If you wish to return hem, it will have to be at your cost. A full refund will be issued upon receipt.
