"I picked out my shirts... had my brother pick out his too. He was in a hurry to see his girlfriend. He gave me the OK. I placed my FIRST order at 10:52pm I placed my order. I showed my brother and he noticed I did not buy the right ones. We wanted the ones with the logo on the chest and back of the shirt. At 1:28am I contacted CUSTOMER SUPPORT and I GOT IT!!! ALIN!!! ALIN!!! was my service representative. By 1:35am I had a response from them. Did I want to change or cancel the order. I told them at 1:59am that it was a lot to change and if they cancelled my order I would immediately submit the correct items. At 2:40 Paypal emailed me the order was refunded and I was able to get the correct products I wanted! IT WAS ALL MY MISTAKE; but they fixed it and as a SMALL BIUSNESS OWNER I appreciate AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"
"I'd happened to be looking for John Wick shirts, and I came across TeePublic. I liked what I was seeing, so I ordered a few. I decided against one shirt, so I got ahold of them. They were quick to respond and fixed it asap.
The two shirts came a day earlier in a cool package . Loved the way they turned out! Just ended up fitting snug, so I reached out to see about a different size.
Again, they responded promptly and had already reordered my change...free of charge .
They even went as far as to also tell me to hang on to the original shirts. Reuse or donate them. Word of mouth means a lot to good smaller companies, and I'm happy to say that I'd definitely recommend them for quality products and service! I'll be ordering more soon "
"I found TeePublic while looking for a way to express my emotional baggage over a T.B.I. suffered in 2019.
Their wide variety of shirt designs had an answer for just about every f*cked up thought I've had in my head since the injury, so for me it's been like being able to scream my outrage at a world that doesn't care without having to say anything.
Hey don't judge me, my insurance wouldn't pay for therapy. But this did it. This roundabout way of finding an outlet for all of this madness has helped me move forward with the rest of my life without the anger/sadness/resentment holding me back. Now I ONLY have to navigate the brain injury itself.
ANYways, they even helped me navigate a delivery to my new home that was seeing some issues because of the location. We talked through the process back and forth for a while and they even established alternatives in case those didn't work out. "Above and beyond" comes to mind but doesn't do them justice. 10/10 would use their service to confront my insanity again.

"I ordered the wrong size and the wrong style for my wife. Deleted my tracking email (mistake) and tried to do the return request via the website to no avail (wrong order number). Shot a quick message over to customer service, and they showed me the error of my ways (very politely) and had the correct sizes heading my way that same day. Absoualaty the BEST customer service I have dealt with in an extremely long time!! Going forward I will only buy T-Shirts from TeePublic!!!"

"Super easy to order. Received within a week. Love the tee shirts… very soft with quality design. Nice to have 100% cotton. Great idea to promote and support indie artists! Unfortunately one of my tees was mislabeled for size (Large, but measured as a medium). Contacted customer service and got a speedy reply. Not only was it a cinch to get a replacement in the works, but they said to keep or donate the mis-sized one and not bother to send it back. Was not expecting that!
