"I ordered a shirt from TeePublic recently and I put down my parents place as the delivery address as I’ve been staying with them temporarily. Unfortunately I had a huge fight with my family and long story short, I never want to see them again (for personal reasons). I contacted TeePublic customer support and explained my situation and to see if it were possible to have the package redirected. Right from the start they were very compassionate and understanding with me regarding my difficult situation. As the package had already been sent and was unable to be redirected they decided to re-ship the item to me free of charge to my new address.

"I ordered a t shirt for Glastobury Festival this year. It arrived quickly and the quality was great. Unfortunately I misjudged the size and it was too big. I contacted the site and requested an exchange for a bigger size. Within minutes a new order was raised with no need for me to return the original t shirt. "I had ordered a t-shirt from TeePublic. I ordered a Medium, but when it arrived, it was a bit tight. I reached out to TeePublic and requested to do an exchange for Large, totally prepared to go to the post office and ship the Medium back, etc. TeePublic got back to me promptly and informed me they had already started the shipping process on a Large, and that I could just keep the Medium. They encouraged me to donate it, and that's exactly what I'll be doing. Was blown away by that. Great customer service!"

When I saw the teepublic tee shirt with the muffler man, I knew it would make a perfect birthday gift.
Using the models and size chart,I ordered a medium. Unfortunately, when received,I could tell it would not fit.

"I have been ordering from TEEPUBLIC for years now. I love the selection of unique tee shirts and hoodies! I am frequently asked where I got them from. 90% of my orders are delivered quickly with no issues. If there was an issue it was easy to find contact information to email them. My last order I had a shirt arrive with a oil/grease like looking stain on shirt. I reached out and within 5 minutes I had a reply. After sending picture of the stain they reached out to 3rd party/creator of shirt and had a replacement already in the works. I didn't even need to return the stained shirt. Most companies would not allow that and definitely would not have got back to me so quickly. It is because of all these things I will continue to buy from them with confidence that should an item be damaged or wrong they will quickly correct the error. "
