"First off, the amount of t-shirt designs is off the charts! They have anything you could possibly imagine. I placed an order of about 10 shirts and I am typically somewhere between a medium and large. So for the long sleeve shirts, I ordered medium because they usually run looser on me. In this case, they were to small and I reached out to exchange them for large. Without even a question, I received a notification my L's were shipping and a note from TeePublic that everything was done and that they hope these fit better. Nordstrom can't even provide service that good and that quick. Incredible company, I will be sending friends their way and I will definitely be a returning customer. "
"I love the unique designs and huge selection of shirts at this site. AND, they print on very high quality shirts (mostly Bella Canvas blends) that are a big hit with my family -- the fabrics are soft and easy to care for, and come in a gazillion different colors with options for women's-specific fits. I've ordered a number of shirts over the past year, but my recent order was mis-sized. I contacted customer support through the company's website in order to request an exchange. I received a reply within 24 hours, along with an apology for the mis-sizing. The customer support person reprocessed my order, sending me a replacement in the correct sizes and inviting me to keep and donate the previous order (which I will do, to a local women's shelter). I am very happy with this company, its products, and its service. Highly recommended. "

I emailed the same day it arrived and asked if I could exchange it for a bigger size and they answered straight away with a very friendly email explaining with a diagram how to order their sized t-shirts and a new one was sent out immediately.

When I contacted customer service to inquire, they were timely and offered me a free shirt of my choosing, which was also mailed out the same day as I placed my request. " I'm in England and ordered an XL and 2 XL 'Premium' tee with vintage/retro 'Champion' logo/branding. To be honest I only needed one shirt, but the disclaimer on the site that the width might vary by +/- 2.5cm meant they could both be the same size. Anyhow the price was good enough for me to order both. I was very surprised how quickly they turned up, about 9 days from order to delivery.
I answered a product review request and said I was generally happy, but I did not consider the material to be 'Premium' as advertised. They suggested I send it back for an exchange, but I said I would keep them, as shipping back world-wide was not really worth the cost.
Customer service the asked which one was the best fit (XL) and that they would ship me a replacement XL in heavyweight material. Also that I could keep the original shirts!

"What a brilliant company. I ordered 4 tee shirts. When they arrived the style and quality was superb but they were a bit small. I contacted them to ask if it was possible to exchange and prepared to send the small t shirts back! They said, “don’t worry- we’ll send you a new batch with the right size” and told me to keep the old ones and donate them or reuse them somehow. What a brilliant policy.
