"First off let me say I found this site through Pricewatch. I called up the company because I wanted to double check the price on a Netgear router; since it seemed like a great deal. The rep I spoke to confirmed the price was correct and it was a new unit. I placed the order with him immediately.
The web page was quite useful, I entered the confirmation number the phone rep gave me and sure enough the order appeared on the screen. I got an email the next day saying the router was sent out and I noticed that the email came from comptuers4sure.com I did search on this company as well and though the rating wasn't as good as Techdepot, it wasn't horrendous, besides it was too late. I checked the Techdepot page again and saw that my shipment was on it's way and sure enough I just received it. It was packaged well and it was indeed a new unit. The shipment was quite fast since today is Wednesday. I would definitely place a order with them again, but I'd like to know which is the real company, Computers4sure or Techdepot. Besides the confusion as to what company it is, the transaction went rather quickly and smoothly and the product was as stated. "

No problems with delivery times and tracking.
I have yet to install the system, but don't expect problems. Should there be any I will follow-up to this posting with any follow-up contact information I may need to do with TechDepot.

One thing I like about Amazon is not to pay sales tax, so if you buy something on Amazon through Office Depot, expect to pay sales tax as they are everywhere.
