"WORST EXPERIANCE IN MY LIFE!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Bought 2 computer hardware items. An hour after I placed an order I realized that I ordered the wrong hardware’s. The following week I spoke with a customer service agent and got RMA # to return products. When I got the products, I used the same box it came in, never opened the hardware boxes (they stayed sealed), put another ups label (that I paid for), and shipped the 2 hardware items back to techdepot.com, in exactly the same manner they sent me. Inside I included a letter stating the two items I am returning & the RMA #. Couple weeks later & still no credit on my credit card. Called customer service & they said that they only received 1 of the hardware. I was stunned, because I put both hardware’s in the same box – EXACTLY they way they sent me. The agent said that he will email or speak with the warehouse dept. to make sure both packages were returned, and a customer service agent or someone from the warehouse will let me know what’s going on. 4 MONTHS LATER - no word from techdepot and NO credit on my credit card. I got screwed for $135.00 from techdepot.com. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. YOU SHOULD NOT BUY EITHER UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING THE RUN AROUND AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF."

Their customer service was very abrupt about the situation and I have cancelled the order. If you order from this company, don't count your chickens until it is finally shipped. Back on 1/3/03 we bought 20 user license for Windows XP. About two weeks ago I ordered the media for XP. I waited a week and recieved the wrong thing (ordered wrong by account manager). It took a few days to get a hold of him, but then he had reordered it. Over a week went by (with no contact from him) and again I recieved the wrong cd, ordered wrong by account manager. He wouldnt awnser my emails.
This is the last time I will be doing business with them. They screw up orders all the time."

The same day - Friday I came from work and I saw a note from UPS on my door - they delivered and since I wasn't home left the package at my apartment's leasing office. Saturday I picked it up. "
"I called to place my order and to make sure that they had this monitor in stock. I was told that it was in stock, twice I was told this. So I placed my order while on the phone. I received an email confirmation. Three days later I get an email saying this monitor was out of stock and was placed on back order. Not suitable for me as I needed a monitor for my business, and now have to find it elsewhere and go through it all again. I have cancelled my order and have no idea IF my credit card was charged yet, and how long it will take them to credit it so I can order the monitor somewhere else. I went by the fact that they are an Office Depot company.....I will rethink my facts next time. According to them with the auto reply to my email, they take 48 hours to reply."
