"Recieved chip from company along with a FREE gift which was very surpising and found chip to be faulty.
Emailed company and had a reply informing of things to try first. Tried all things on list with no luck,
have now tried emailing company and using customer support link sent several emails with no reply at all. Delivery was quick but not keen on customer support.

All spam filters have been checked with no joy.

Edit -
Have now been in contact, a return has now been arranged. A over zellous spam filter was to blame along with my own fualt of not checking on the terms and conditions on how tcorrectly return a product.

Luckily for me the team at Techsick arranged a return for me.

"I bought the solderless d2pro. Before the buy they reply me some, but not all my emails, i have checked the spam and bulk mail and there´s nothing. Anyway i took the risk to order from them because they had good prices, but when the package arrived the item i received looks different from what i saw on the site, i was expecting the modchip with the green d2c-2 sticker not the blue d2e sticker.

About that i was very, very worry that i made business with the wrong company if they don´t answer my emails and phone calls. Fortunately they answers me inmediately.

Now I´m worry free and very happy, they reprogrammed the chip before send it to me, so i didn't i have to spend extra money to return the item. Many thanks! to Katie and tecksick team for making the installation simple and easier for me

"I would say that the delivery for this item was reasonable. I live in Singapore and placed the order over the weekend and received my Wii D2pro clip modchip the following week. Everything works great and the packaging was excellent. It was double wrapped in bubble pack to ensure that the chip does not get damaged in any way.

However, they do not seem to reply/acknowledge my emails. After putting in my order, I forgot to mention which version of the chip I needed and quickly followed up with an email informing them. I did not receive any reply.

A few days later, I got an email from them asking me which version of the chip I needed! After replying to their mail, there seem to be no acknowledgment from their side but I would say that the order was quickly processed.

The chip worked flawlessly for me and I did not require any tech support whatsover. I would highly recommend them if you would like to get any modchips if you are not located in the US as many retailers there do not ship worldwide. Price wise, the shipping was reasonable and they used Fedex rather than the international priority mail which can take some time.

Perhaps Techsick can work on replying and acknowledging after sales questions. This would really make you guys have an excellent service.

"I have bought several mod chips from them. The order process and shipping was very fast. I'm in US and after order was placed, i got my package within 3 or 4 days. However, after I found out that i bought the wrong chip and notified techsick about it, I got the first reply about a month ago and no more replies afterwards. FedEX and UPS don't send any packages to P.O. Boxes, so I had to use regular US mail. It have been over 2 weeks without any reply. From purchasing point of view it's a 10, but after service drops it to around 4 or 5. It is my fault by not ordering proper items, but ppl make mistakes and a company should provide a full support!! I would have rated this company at least an 7 if they would've replied my emails few more times...

-Update-
Techsick finally got back to me with store credit. I got partial credit due to useage of one of the chips, but I'm a happy customer now. I did place more orders, so hopefully everything will work out great.

-Update 2-
I have got my items. Again, order process and shipping is A++. I have connect yowii modchip and it failed to work. I have emailed them and i got a reply within 12hours which is awesome. I'm still working with them to resolve my problem. However, their lack of support is no longer an issue for me.

- update 3 -
Chip wasn't the problem. For some reason if I reassemble my wii, it didn't work. However, if the case is open, it does. Anyhoo, i made it work again by untightning the 4 screws for CD drive.

"Product didn't work. When I asked for a refund, they didn't reply. I asked again, and they wrote back asking for my wii serial number so I sent it back to them and they didn't reply. Now I'm out $90.

Bad customer service and the chip didn't even work. Don't do business with them!

update - 9/11 - I sent the chip back on 8/22 to them. I have sent 2 emails to which they have yet to reply.

update - 10/5 - I recieved a replacement chip (it was actually a better chip than what I had before) and it works!

"I was hesitant to order a product overseas; I wouldn't've done it if it had been available in the US. However, the ordering process was extremely straightforward, and shipping was extremely fast for going across continents. I ordered on a Sunday, shipped out on Monday, received by Wednesday early morning.

"I have purchased Acekard 2 Flash Cartridge for Nintendo DS / DS Lite from techsick.com 2 weeks ago and i was not sure how long the shipping would take. "I ordered a wii-clip, d2ckey, and screw driver combo from these guys where the clip came pre soldered to the wii-clip. It was a pre-order so I knew it would be 2 weeks before it shipped. Right at 2 weeks I got the email that it had shipped 2 days later it was at my door in Texas, Thats really fast coming from Australia and only paying like $10.00 for shipping. These guys responded to my emails in a very timely fashion and were very polite and helpful, something you dont see much of now days in customer service, I was kinda leery at first cuz I didn't know anything about these kind of sites but I am very impressed with there service and already recommended them to my brother who helped me install the product. Oh yeah and if you worried about the wii-clip it works great only took me about 30 sec. to install it, taking apart the wii however took more time but I have never done a mod before at all. 10/10 I'm very happy with these guys.

Edit: Sorry Katie I forgot to thank you for answering all my questions and for changing my shipping address for me. If you weren't in Australia I would buy you a drink.
