"The customer service is excellent. I bought a mod chip for my wii that would had not work for my wii version. The customer service told me the exact item I needed (a more expensive one) and the best part was that they upgraded my order for no additional cost. I would buy from TechSick 1000 times.

"I have ordered from TechSick three times now and have NEVER been disappointed.. my December order took a month but the reason it took that long was explained very well on their site before I ordered so I knew what to expect.. the other two orders took four days and I live in Canada.. great work TeckSick.. "I ordered a Pre-order item and their suplier have failed them. But Techsick always updated me and let me know what was going on. My email were always answered withing 2-3 hours. A++++ on customer service. They also were willing to give me a more expensive item in exchange for my order with no additional cost. I highly recomend them!!! Item Works PERFECT"

"I was not sure how or what i needed to do to chip my wii. websites were confusing and were sending me in circles until i called TECHSICK. They were extremely helpful and i placed an order there and then. next day i was trying to install the chip and had a problem emailed them and within one hour i received a reply that solved my issue and everythings fine now. thanks heaps techsick 10 / 10 on everything."

"In contacting techsick via phone I spoke to Greg to find out on which chip to use in my Wii, customer service was great.On ordering product online I found the staff to be very helpful, they guarenteed next day delivery to W.A.The product was securely packaged with the care, shipping and ordering through this company I would do again with out hestitation.Thanks guys great work Keep it up....!"

"No replies from 3 emails, ended up making a long distance call (im from sg) to find out that the order will be sent out the following day, after a wait of nearly 3 weeks..
gd range of items but prepare to wait for the shipment.

Edit: I was commenting on my previous order, not the current one, coz I've yet to receive my current order. I'll post another review when I receive my most current order.

Item not shipped cos it's Christmas holidays

Item still not shipped out. Sent enquires thru "Contact Us". No response from Techsick.
[16 Jan 09]
Item shipped out
[19 Jan 09]
Received item via FedEx (very good service from FedEx. missed my delivery but FedEx is able to re-sent my item the very same day!)
[21 Jan 09 - till now]
Tried to install item but it does not work. Contacted Techsick but no response.

It's more than a month now. It's a disappointing after-sales support. No response (only generic email replies) from them.

This would probably be my 1st and last purchase from TechSick.
