Problem was bait and switch. The product actually wasn't available/in-stock - even thought they sold it to me - with absolutely no notice of this. 5 days later when I called to see why it hadn't been shipped (they say products generally ship in 48 hours) they said that they "occasionally get the product in".
On the plus side of this very negative experience they did cancel the order promptly. I then went to eBay and had the same product in 2 days.
