"I ordered from Arsenal PC because they had the best price, hands down. But I never received any tracking information and it wasn't shipped as timely as I was led to believe from the confirmation email. When I called their 866 number, I was given false information as to when it would arrive. It did arrive by USPS two days after promised on the phone, but with a demand signature confirmation. Not very convenient for people at work during the day."

"I had a terrible experience with Target-PC.com I purchased phones from them via ebay's "buy now" feature. After a long series of email exchanges where they ultimately agreed to provide a full refund, they charged me a huge restocking fee and for shipping for a product that I never received. Out of a $314 transaction, they only refunded $209. Again, I never received the product!

I would stay far away from this vendor!!!!!!

"After checking my order status and email for a tracking number four days running, I finally called to find out what the hold up was. They were out of stock and had not lifted one finger to inform me. No indication on the web page, no email, no phone call - nothing! In fact, the order status on their web site still showed the order as active. If you're out of stock then take it off your web site. And if you do accidentally forget to do that, then at least have the decency to INFORM THE CUSTOMER when they order an out-of-stock item. And by inform the customer I don't mean wait until they complain, I mean proactively. Unbelievable."

"A few days after placing my order I sent their customer service an email asking when I could expect the items to be shipped out. Never heard from them, nor did I receive an email letting me know that my order was shipped. I however received my order sooner than expected out of the blue. I'm somewhat satisfied because I did receive my order and their price was the cheapest I could find, but there is definitely a lack of communication. I would of at least expected an email letting me know my order was shipped and a tracking number."

"This company sells on eBay under the id "bid$buy", and I ordered from them on 12/2 -- a game for the Wii "Hottest Party Bundle". (It's a difficult item to find this holiday season, available only from resellers, it seems, for marked up prices.) I picked this merchant because it was a relatively reasonable price and they have and eBay rating of 98.7 which I thought seemed pretty good...

After 10 days of waiting for the item to arrive (eBay guidelines say wait patiently for 10 days especially in busy seasons), I contacted them. I did get a response within one day, the one and only thing I can say positive about them. Due to a "stock miscount", the item was unavailable! Why wasn't I contacted immediately? What was I going to do now, as this was meant to be the one special surprise gift for my child? Their response said I could choose to cancel, "substitute a compatible item", or wait for the item to become available (the email said that would be 12/26). I immediately responded to cancel. That was on 12/13.

Now, a week later, I've sent two more emails and called twice. Still no refund!

It seems that some people do just fine with this company -- lots of positive responses on eBay (though fewer here). I think if they have the item you want, you can do fine. But it is a big gamble -- if there is a problem with your item or if they don't even have it in the first place, you lose! I sure wish I had found these ratings first, but it wasn't until after I had trouble and started searching online about targetpcinc that I came across all of this information. Buyers, beware!

"I am very unhappy with my experience with this company. I am a first time customer and was happy to see that their prices were lower than others so I quickly ordered a pink camera for my daughter's birthday. That was a week ago. I stil have not received the camera so I called the company and was told that it was on back order and would not be shipped until December 18th--two days AFTER her birthday. Now, I have no time to find a different camera so I guess it will be a belated birthday present. I understand that things are out of stock and harder to get at Christmas time but I was never informed via email or phone call that the order would be longer than expected. When I expressed this to the customer service representative, he appeared less than concerned. He offered to ship a BLUE camera today but since that's not what she wanted I guess we will wait. No apologies were made I was merely told I would need to talk to sales if I had a complaint. Whatever. This is definitely my first and LAST time dealing with this company. Hopefully I will still get my order despite my not so flattering review :) "
