10 items missing from my on line order

"I placed on on line order with Target recently. I did that because the basic items I needed and stock in my house regularly were not avail able once again @ my local Target store. That has been a problem in recent months- empty shelves in Target of things I always purchase @ Target.
The on line shopping experience went well- just me getting used to ordering on line. All the items I needed in stock and shipping in 2 days !!! Just in time to clean my house for Easter Sunday Company !! No wasted gas or time...
The package- a big giant box arrived on time. BUT imagine my dismay when inside the box- messily splayed all over were only 3 of the 13 items I had ordered !!!!
I checked mu order on line- it said all items I had ordered were shipped and packed in one package and had been delivered !!!!! How do 10 items not make it into a shipment ???? Plus the box was very poorly packed, never mind the items not picked correctly !!!
I did speak with customer service, they stated they are reshipping the missing items. However I will not be receiving them until next week- most of the items I needed to clean for Easter Sunday Dinner. So off I go to the local Grocery to spend more money and use valuable time to get the items I need to clean- most likely I will not find my preferred cleaning products!!!! I feel Target should compensate me for my aggravation and wasted time.

Issue with same day delivery

"Placed an order for same day delivery and then kept receiving texts moving my delivery time frame back an hour. After receiving two of these, I then received one saying it wouldn’t be delivered until the next day, which defeats the purpose of “same day delivery”. If you don’t have the shoppers to deliver any purchases for same day delivery, you should have an option on your website/app to turn that function or availability off so you won’t end up with disappointed customers paying for a service they didn’t receive. "

"I placed an order through the app and received confirmation it was received and filled.

When I arrived the order was not ready and one of the items I paid for was not in stock.

I had to wait 45 minutes for the order to be filled. I could have picked up the items myself in less time.

Was Sterilite, now Target brand

"Bought these storage bins nearly 10 yrs ago for my garage stuff along with a wire shelf unit and they've been great. Same thing as far as I can see now a Target brand and at nearly the same price, so I bought a bunch for the attic. Delivered promptly with no complications."

It's Kind Of A Fun Story

"Shopping online at Target is so easy to do. I have fallen in LOVE with a new card game at Target. "It's Kind Of A Fun Story" is such a fun game to play. I have had so much fun every time I have played it. The game changes with each person that plays it with you as everyone has their own stories to share. I have learned so many new things about my family and friends while playing this exciting game. I have also given this wonderful new game away for several birthdays and even as part of a wedding gift!! Everyone raves about this card game after playing it. It is carried in some Target store as well. I was recently in Texas and was telling my sister's family about it and they all wanted to try it out. The only problem was we had to go to 3 Target stores to find a copy in stock. Please stock this game in more stores!! I did just purchase 2 more copies of "It's Kind Of A Fun Story" game and just had them shipped to our Nana's house so she could pass them out to more family members after I flew back home. I can not wait to hear more fun stories while playing this game. Thank you Target for always bringing us new and exciting things that we didn't even know we needed yet. LOL"

Not Given Promised Gift Cards for Purchasing Irems

"Target frequently advertises that they will give the purchaser gift cards if certain products in certain amounts are purchased online.
I have done this many times and never received the promised gift cards.
I purchased what was required and then was sent an email that they cancelled the gift cards. Why?
There’s no one to contact. No Email to write to. I responded to your message of cancellation but it was not delivered and bounced back to me.
I used a Chat feature once for another issue. I was promised once again that they would send me a small gift card for my inconvenience. I never heard from anyone again. I received an empty promise and no resolution.
I have shopped at Target for years. I like your stores and products. I no longer find your Customer Service available , reliable, truthful or helpful.

Target doesn’t want fat people in their stores - but they are happy to take your money online

"I tried to participate in the DVF launch target recently had. I knew they offered extended sizes because it was posted on their website. But when their website crashed the day of (the cart blanked out and wouldn’t load or let you check out for hours regardless of multiple internet connections). I decided to go in the store and shop there not thinking that they may choose not to carry my size in store. Sure enough they didn’t offer 2 of the bigger sizes they offered online in store. It was extremely devastating and dehumanizing to experience this. I felt like I shouldn’t exist. Like I was erased. I felt like they didn’t want me or my body or my money in their store. There are clearly many people in my area that are the same or similar size so that was not the issue. They can’t say it was a size they just didn’t think would sell. And they clearly sold my size online and it was sold out within minutes of launch. It just makes no sense and the only conclusion I can come up with is they clearly don’t want me in their store. When I tried to shop online again, it still didn’t work. Then I tried their APP which I had deleted because it was taking up way too much space / memory on my phone, and the APP cart finally worked but my sizes were sold out (because again they are happy to take our money and there is clearly a demand for these sizes, they just don’t want to see us in store?). I was able to get some items but I think it’s ridiculous how every business nowadays demands that you download their specific app. Before long my entire phone will just be apps from every business I have ever interacted with. And for what? So they can mine and collect and store your data? It is exploitative. Horrible dehumanizing experience all around. I hope they fix this for the next person so that they don’t have to feel the way I did. "
