"I ordered to have it shipped. They told me it would get here on Sunday. To my surprise, it was delivered on Saturday, fairly early, too, by FedEx. I was impressed. They shipped it right after I ordered it online. I could be happier, as nobody wants to wait for their nicotine fix, right??
Also, Target brand nic gum is overall good quality. More consistent tasting, and each piece seems to contain the same level of nicotine, which is important to my husband and I.

"I go to pick up my order as it should have been ready yesterday. Barcode scanned, the employee says my order wasn't ready and that he was pulling it off the shelf. He goes to grab them and they are out of stock. I have no items and I've wasted my time. "

"The past two times that I've ordered via the app for drive up pickup at the store, when I got home, I discovered that items were missing from my order. The most recent time, on May 01, I called Target customer service for online orders to report this and was told that it would be investigated, and someone would contact me within a couple of days to follow up. It's been a week now and I've still heard nothing more from Target. It's a shame because I was really beginning to rely on drive up pickup at Target but, since the service is no longer reliable, I'll have to shop elsewhere."
