THEE WORST COMPANY!

"Bought a gift for my boyfriend for “Christmas” and it was supposed to arrive MAX 15 days... it’s been a MONTH AND A HALF LATER and I STILL haven’t received it. Reached out to the company by e-mail asking for my money back and nothing! They go “it’s in transit” well... no ****! You call the customer service line and they never answer! It’s been a month since they last emailed me back and still haven’t received my package nor my money back! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE WEBSITE! Absolutely RIDICULOUS "

rip off

"These people did not include all items for which I paid. There was never a response at the phone number they provided. I contacted them by email and explained the issue, all the while using very polite language. They never issued a response to deal with this issue, and I gave up after a week.
This company has worthless customer support, though they readily took my money.

Poor product, poor service

"Bought a tactical bag for a gift. Took a couple weeks to process and ship. Once received, just set aside to gift. Come to find out, the bag had a large rip to an interior product. I notified customer service, and they seemed all interested and wanted photos... but then responded... sorry, it’s been more than 30 days, too bad, here’s our policy. No help. Received a defective product and no recourse. Boo!"

Terrible customer service.

"Their Web site says to email for fastest response. I believed them. Here's a quote from their email: "We typically respond within one business day." Seven days later I called to follow up and was told "Sorry, we're a little behind." Then I was told that the backordered item is now discontinued. The rep claimed that they had sent me a notice. Of course there was no notice. She suggested that "maybe it's hanging out in one of your Spam folders."

Then the rep said they don't process exchanges. She said I'd have to begin a new order to get the correct size item.

So, after ignoring my customer service email for a week and then informing me about a discontinued item that they had not refunded, they had the audacity to ask me to place another order.

They claim to have awesome customer service, and in responses to mediocre or poor reviews that always post something along the lines of "All you had to do is contact us and we would have fixed it." Believe that if you want to, but in my opinion every order is a gamble with this company.

Order at your own risk.

Also: I waited on hold for more than ten minutes before I spoke to a rep. Expect that too.

I ordered three items, and was informed at checkout that one of the items was on backorder. No big deal. The other two items arrive after a short delay. I tried to contact them for help.

Run around

"Ordered on 11/17/17 a pair of Oakley assault gloves was given a 7 working day shipping date. On 12/01/17 I sent an email due my shipment never even being filled much less shipped and received an email back stating the order would be filled on 12/11/17 and shipped priority 2 days. On that same day another email was sent explaining the product was on backorder and the new date would be 01/12/18. That's three misrepresentations alone on a simple pair of gloves. This is clearly a place that is most likely going to scam as many people as possible, file chapter 11, and run off with all the money they lied to get."

"I have ordered at least a dozen times from them in the past year or so and have never had a problem. Product is easy to find and order. When I have had to call them the customer service is great."

I had ordered sky weight boots on November 20 but I didn't get my shoes and when i call them they never pick up my phone .

"This is totally fake don't trust i loose $143 on shoes. They didn't refund my money and also I didn't get my shoes. I loose my money on fake seller it is almost 1 months."

Where is the customer service?

"Liars. They sent tracking information to Pay-Pal to resolve the unshipped claim, but they didn't ship my order as stated. Received only one of the items, and that is an understatement, cheaply made. They emailed me back telling me to call them, but I responded and said I only do business via email for traceability reasons. If you like wasting your hard earned money and valuable time on a purchase, then search no more, buy from them, they will make you work even harder."

Worst Service EVER .. and Why

"Placed and paid for my sling pack October 25th. It's November 14th and still not here. The people operating this site have no funds. They take the funds we pay for our merchandise with and when they have enough to place an order with the manufacturer in China they do. Orders come to them they ship to us. We as customers fund their manufacturing runs.

This is literally the worst and abominable business I have ever dealt with in my entire life.

Anyone you have as options is better to buy from.

Excellent collection of kit

"Military gear in civilian colors AND tactical colors. Brand new previous level technology items at super bargain prices along with brand new current technology items. The selection ranges from ECWCS Level 2 to present day LEAF products. You can’t go wrong, all brands are available on TG’s website."

Don't waste your time

"This company has the absolute worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. I can't even say that I dealt with them because they won't answer their phones or e-mails! They charged me EXTRA for two day shipping and it arrived in SEVEN days! Not only that, I received a jacket with a defective zipper and I still can't get ahold of them to resolve the issue. 100% complete waste of time and money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ."

"I have been waiting to speak to a representative to inquire on status of order. I received an email stating item shipped. Tracking info provided states that only a ticket was printed but item not shipped after 4days of purchase. I will not order from this website again. Also I was on hold for over 1 hour and no one answered the call. No response to email or chat attempt. Don't buy from this place..."

Definitely better options out there

"I have been looking around for Propper and 5.11 wear as well as 5.11 plate carrier, packs, and Blackhawk pouches. I compared tacticalgear.com with a business that looks like it's been in business for almost 10 years tacticalgear.sale and their prices were MUCH better. You can call, text, email, or use the contact us, and I can pay with Paypal, debit card, check, or even bitcoin. The site is easy to navigate once you learn its layout and the prices are cheaper than anywhere I've been able to find. Tacticalgear.com has the same brands and gear as many other sites as well with similar prices but worse customer service in many ways too. "
