"If for any reason you do not receive the order, you're out of luck. They won't acknowledge your request for resolution on the phone. They literally pretend they have a bad connection and can't hear you (you hear them crystal clear) and then disconnect. Via email they offer resolution but if you accept they just ignore you and never issue the refund or redeliver. If you are persistent, a different rep will offer the same resolution and then also not actually follow through.
They're half a scam. They are unwilling to resolve any issues, no matter how minor. If you get your shipment, great. If not, be prepared to have to dispute the charges with your CC company or bank because they will never actually do anything beyond trying to waste your time and hope you give up so they can keep the money without having to incur additional delivery/stock expenses on their part or return your money.
Just go elsewhere. You can get the same gear for comparable, sometimes cheaper, prices elsewhere from a more ethical web site with better customer service."

It was clear that it was a error on the packer's part as I received the only two packages for which they had a record and both packages only had one pair of pants in them. However, it took two e-mails (which they never answered) and three phone calls (totaling nearly an hour of my time and good portion of my sanity) to get them to refund my money for the product that was never sent. They kept insisting on filing a claim with UPS, but it was clearly not UPS 's problem. I felt like I'd followed the rabbit into Wonderland! Even after they refunded my money, I still got another call from UPS because they were still trying to file a shipping claim on it. It stinks, because the pants were great, but they aren't worth the hassle. I'm left wondering if they are just poorly run or actually dishonest. "
