"I just want to start out by saying TACTICALGEAR.COM is by far the best online experiences you can have when buying anything Tactical online, or frankly anywhere else. Now I have ordered alot of things online, from Amazon to Google Shopping, EBay, and other tactical websites. So as you can imagine I've had some huge order screw-ups and some really good interactions. However you can't just count the bad experiences with those companies by the order mess ups but by how the company you ordered from handles the order mess up. Now I order from tacticalgear.com late one night as some of you might do too. Turned out I ordered the wrong pattern scheme for my camo uniform. So the next day I called and spoke with Meaghan. She was very sweet and very helpful and very understanding and revised my order no harm no foul. Now when I got my order everything was fine until I looked more closely at what I got and my ACU pants were mislabeled by the branded company and not by Tacticalgear.com, also when I looked closer at my ACU coat I ended up getting button sleeves and not the hook and loop advertised by Tacticalgear.com. I promptly called and spoke with Mellissa and she went above and beyond like Meagan had done when I called to revise my order. Mellissa called proper, the branded company about the matter and found out the ACU coat was accidently put in my order box instead of the correct hook and loop style I had ordered. Now when it came to my pants we couldn't get any answers and Mellissa noticing my frustration offered to patch me through to her manager Amy. When I was connected with Amy she listened to my concerns and offered to help. She did some research called some people and went way beyond what I would ever expect someone to do for a customer and sent out out a replacement order on the behalf of proper's warranty so that I could compare the new order with what I received already and so that I could make sure I got the right items and was a very happy customer.

Now I love this company. Its a small business that can really focus on there customers and the issues they may have.when dealing with those other major supply sites. They have so many customers there heads are spinning and could never reach the heights of customer service I was given by these 3 ladies. I am a life long customer now and will only buy from tacticalgear.com even of I find a better price then them I know what I'm paying extra for is the amount of customer that is unmatched anywhere else, And to me I don't care how cheap you have the price of an item I may want. If your unable to serve me the customer in a proper fashion then its not worth wasting my time with you or your company.
