"Tachtical Gear cancelled my sale items I paid for, Yet I see they still had those same items for sale at regular price, so it was just plain FRAUD. As for the shirts I did get, the sleeves, collar and half of the back was made out of heavy tent material and too stiff to even think about wearing them. They claim a rating of 4 stars . Yet thier rating with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) is 1-2 stars because there are numerous complaints of Fraud, as I also allege. TG's a horrible seller and they have been dishonest with me and I can only say that thier shirts are not wearable and I would assume that the positive reviews listed were likely written by friends. I'm a law enforcement officer, so this is not the first time I've purchased this type of clothing. This is my last time to ever buy from Tachtical Gear and if you're smart, you won't buy either. Also, I was not advised that my order was cancelled by them. It just didn't come on Christmas Eve, at the LAST MINUTE. Just as Angela claimed, they partially refunded my money, even though they had those goods? If TG would be honest with people and sew their shirts with material that's wearable, their business would greatly increase in repeat sales. I don't understand how they get many repeat orders, that is, if they treat other customers as they've treated me. I really don't even want to give them One Star. I'm ticked!!"
"Bought a sale item a week and a half before Christmas. Never got a tracking update on the package so finally decided to email them on the situation. They replied saying they were canceling my order and refunding the money because there was an error with the item on the website. It was 8 days from the time I ordered it and never heard from them untill I emailed them. Meanwhile I got 7-8 promotional emails. Their priority is lacking. Also they offered me 15% off for their mistake and lack of customer service. Which is the same thing I got in an email after placing my order... So I guess thanks for a second 15% off coupon? Especially seems I will never give them my business again. Wish companies had repercussions for situations like this. Shrug their shoulders, they tell you sorry and move on. Also had to time to reorder before Christmas so one less gift under the tree. Already a stressful time of year so thank you tacticalgear.com for making it worse."
"They had a sale on their website and they refused to follow through. We paid and they refused to deliver the goods. Instead they said hell no and refunded us even though they have the goods. They are a shady company. They are not honorable when it comes to sales. We ordered, 5 days later with no delivery confirmation, contacted them. They responded the next day saying that they wouldn’t honor the sale price and refunded all money. We will NEVER do business with this company. "
