"We have been attending this school for more than 5 years. Until recently, we were happy. However, with the massive turnover (teachers and directors) that have taken place... we have noticed a distinct drop in communication and an inconsistency with the care of our children. We have addressed this with the teachers and director on multiple occasions, but still the problem remains. At this point, we are waiting to see if things settle down and get better or if we need to further investigate alternate options for our children."

"Communication is poor from director. I always feel I have to seek out information about issues that don’t affect the entire school. Communication is inconsistent - some things are sent through email, some on the app, etc. The director doesn’t always acknowledge my presence when I pick up or drop off when most of the teachers do. I think it’s a bit rude when there are people at the front desk and they don’t acknowledge me, which happens more often than I would like. Overall though, my child likes her teachers and seems to do well."

"I love the teachers! Jenny Morgan was an amazing school director and I was very comfortable with her. She was visible daily and often near the entrance around pick-up time to greet parents. Kenya still does this and she is wonderful as well. I don't feel the new school director is as warm, welcoming, or as engaged as Jenny and Kenay."

"We have loved having our son enrolled in Tutor Time. We know the teachers are kind, caring, and passionate about caring for him. Miss Kenya is an amazing administrator. She always has a big smile for each child and is a source of comfort whenever a child has a problem. We adore her and think she is a treasure."

"I’ve been with TT for a couple of years now! I have 2 children enrolled and I absolutely love it! The teachers are very nurturing and tend to my children’s needs! I love the brightwheel updates I get with pictures and even videos! My kids love it so much it’s always a struggle to get them home!"

"Since May the school’s cleanliness has improved drastically! However, closests are crammed and children’s bathrooms are a catch all in some classrooms (lack of space?). It is also disgusting that the toilet has been removed in the infant room and a aluminum foil cover is on it (is this even to code?). Kenya is an asset to this school. It is clear that she knows what she is doing, can manage the facility, and cares about the well being of each child. Kenya is the main reason why our family is at Tutor Time. We would love to see Kenya be promoted to the director position."

"In general we have a pretty good experience. Our kid shows a lot of progress in many areas in the short time being at this school and we really feel happy with the fact that our kid enjoy going to school during the workdays."

"I like the school so much. The teachers really care about your child. The food is really good and nutritive. The environment in the classroom is very friendly. My daughter loves the music class. She made very good friends there. I think the handcraft projects can be improved and more creative as she’s been more challenged and has done more better jobs at the library (for free)."

"I went for a scheduled tour of the daycare facility. Upon arriving, the woman at the front desk had no idea I was coming. Apparently the assistant director had left already for the day, and the woman there had to do her best to give me the tour, even though she said she was just starting out. She didn't introduce herself, didn't shake my hand, and didn't ask me my name or anything about my child. She showed me inside only the infant room, in which she gave me very little information about their program or how they run things. I was not shown the playground area or the toddler room, or any other areas of the facility. After being there for only 15 minutes, we stood awkwardly in the infant room and she was apparently finished with whatever she was going to provide for the tour. I had to then ask for registration and tuition rates, in which she tells me she isn't sure about. She then brought me to the office to sit and wait for her to text the assistant director for that information. Upon receiving a response with the rates I asked for, she reads off the numbers to me from her phone, as I had to get a pen and write them down. She also gave me contradicting information about their availability for my infant.. I'm still not sure if what she told me means that they could take my child during the time I was seeking. Finally, while we were in the lobby area, I didn't see any staff saying goodbye or interacting with the children that were leaving, being picked up. It was an extremely unprofessional encounter, and completely deterred me from even considering them as a daycare for my child."

"Overall, we are extremely happy with the school so far. They do a large about of art projects with the children considering they are only infants which we love. We also like the music class and that they are taken outdoors when possible. The directors are friendly and know all the children by name. Services like Brightwheel and watch me grow are of value to parents who put their trust in caregivers but also to help working parents still feel involved with their children when they cant be there. Apart from one specific teacher we love our infant room!"
